DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY! I saw these sandals on facebook and thought it might be helpful for my bunion, however when they arrived they were loose fitting, too long and although I ordered a size 5.5, they showed up as a 36, which is really a size 6. I contacted the company and they had the gall to ask me for pictures of my foot being measured, the bag, and they even wanted a video of me walking in the shoe. WHY?!? After numerous emails back and forth, I was finally told that they don't actually have shoes that will fit my size foot and they suggest that I donate the shoes and they will proved me with a 15% return. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! No. The customer service is completely unacceptable and made no effort to cure an issue that they caused by not properly advertising their shoes and providing sizing charts near the shoe size selection. Please don't by from them ever!

This is the worst company ever! I purchased some light blue sandals from their website. Waited a whole month to receive black, cheap smelly, narrow sandals. Mind you they're supposed to help you with bunions, but they're narrow!
Contacted company through email she first tells me to be mindful that the colors might not be the same because of lighting. Yeah from light blue to black? On a second email proceeds to tell me that to get a refund I would have to first mail the sandals back to Asia at MY expense and that she doesn't recommend that due to high shipping cost. She then advised me to donate them to charity. Worst $45 dollars ever spent! Had to contact and dispute the transaction with my bank. Don't ever buy anything from this site! Totally fake! By the way the sandals look like something you'd get from the dollar store. Vinyl cheap material. Don't spend a penny on this site! They're a scam.

The sandals arrived in a plastic bag from China about a month from when I placed the order. They are cheap, ugly looking and ill fitting. It's virtually impossible to get any assistance from Sharper Day so they are going in with the trash.
My advise is never buy anything from this company it's a scam!

Facebook got us. Sandals look good, but are nothing but JUNK! The shoes did not fit as they were VERY narrow. When I contacted Sharper Day, Miley said my wife must have big feet! After several emails, I was finally given an address to return the sandals - VIETNAM! Cost to mail them: $25.00. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS!

The only reason they have 1 star is to do the review! Sandals are cheaply made, company refuses to do a refund unless you have a picture of yourself measuring g your foot! Guest service is a joke! It took over a month to receive product! These people are THIEVES, CROOKS! REFUND OUR MONEY!

I will always check reviews in the future before making any purchases. I ordered the sandals June 24th and have yet to receive them. Told 2 to 4 week delivery almost 4 weeks and no sandals.
Also, contacted them within 5 minutes of placing order to cancel and was told there was a 30% restocking fee but the order had not even been filled. Kept order but by time I receive them, it will be winter and not needed. This company will never see another penny from me.

I wish I could give them no stars at all. Their ads on Instagram stated that they guaranteed satisfaction and yet there is virtually no refund policy. Only if it arrived damaged. The shoes smell sooooooo bad when you take them out of the package. AND they came all the way from China of course. They told me well it's made of rubber that's why it smells. And I will never put a toxic chemical on my foot. It was a wasted $44 bucks. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau and I am disputing the charge on my account.

I bought the tri-colored sandals, that looked like Clarks. Well after 6 weeks they came and are made of thin cheap vinyl and stink. I am putting them in the recycle bin.

I wish I had seen all the reviews before I spent $$$. What a waste of $50.! First, they stink, second, they don't fit correctly. And my E mails just get basic answers, such as, take a video to show us how they do not fit. Too smells to take into theh ouse,. So I'll donate or toss out!

This is the worst company I've dealt with, and I come with a customer service background. They sold an item that does not meet their advertising and refuse to back their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee statement. I might be able to get 100% refund if I return item to Vietnam which will cost double the amount. The item did not match the pics, cheap and totally unacceptable. Buyer Beware!

Note to self (warning to others)
Do not, ever again, order shoes (or any clothing items for that matter) via Facebook ads.
Ordered a cute looking pair of sandals, DISCOUNT price was $49.95, regular price allegedly $79.95 supposed to offer support for your feet, looked to be leather

They are either cheap plastic or vinyl and won't support your feet in any way, shape or form
They are awful
They even smell bad, as if the materials were infused with heavy cigarette smoke or something. So bad I had to leave them in the garage and sincerely hope they don't burst into flames.
I have messaged the company for info on how to return them and get a refund.
For some reason, I am expecting that they might try to stiff me. Maybe it's the blatantly false advertising that is the basis for my fears, but, ha, I paid with my trusty OSU credit card and I know they will help me dispute the charge.
These are really bad, disgusting, gross
They should not even be giving them away for free. Really am not kidding.

I ordered a pair of shoes, didn't know they were coming from China. I got ripped off. Lost over $44. Why are they still in business. When shoes came (took a month) they were wrapped in plastic and put in smaller black plastic bag. There were creases in shoes, they were misshapen and could not give as gift as I wanted. Should be law against this. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, NO MAILING ADDRESS, ETC.

I ordered shoes via Facebook. I should know better. Terrible customer service, cant talk to anyone. Customer service voice is computer generated. However, I never received shoes that I ordered. So I disputed with my cr cd company June 8 and money was returned. Low and behold the shoes arrived 30 days later. They are cheap, too big and too wide and sole barely bends. They do not look as good as they look on ad. Now what? I can return but where? I will just place them in the back of my closet and leave until someone calls me to have them returned.

Company based in Singapore obtaining cheap Chinese products that can be found in any Chinatown in the US for under 10 dollars. Company advertises on Facebook. Credit card company will let you know never to order anything via Facebook. Hard to return since returns are in Singapore. I called my credit card company before receipt of product over a month late so I am getting credit back. I know received product and I am not opening package and returning to Singapore within 15 days of receipt. This company is not real deal
