I had no doubt that they took more commissions than us because the first years all worked very well I had a good income, but since this year I have almost nothing and yet it has so many people who buys. Looks like the more money you make and the more they take away... I have been with the company for 4 or 5 years and now I am so disappointed
Upon applying just got a "no" from a "Peyton" who then later blocked my email upon asking why.
Acceptance of the Application Form is subject to the sole discretion of ShareASale.com Inc., of 15 W. Hubbard St. STE 500 Chicago IL *******, an AWIN Group Company ("ShareASale"). Acceptance or rejection of the Application Form will be notified to the proposed Publisher by email.
ASK YOURSELF PROFESSIONALLY:
Do you want to do business with people who don't have the decency to explain themselves and are reluctant to further assist with their own product?
I sell an exclusive product called Shadow Shifter Color Changing T-shirts www.shadowshifter.us and on Amazon and Ebay I have many sales everyday.
I joined Shareasale 5 months ago and provided all the graphics that I use to successfully sell on other sites. All I receive is coupon sites from India and China which sell nothing.
Not 1 sale over 5 months. A waste of $550. Don't ever buy this garbage you will be very sorry. I could have bought an advertisement that would have grossed at least a couple of thousands dollars with that $550.
I know that you will be tempted thinking, "That won't happen to my product.", but that is exactly what will happen.
Literally the worst user interface I have ever come across. Horrible customer service and the partners they have a really aren't that great. It's absolute BS.
One of the best affiliate program for online merchants - If you are small or medium sized online retailer, shareasale is probably your best bet for an affiliate program. Its fees are modest, its customer service is good, and its website is easy to use. ShareAsale is really a service driven company instead of a sales driven company. I would highly recommend it to any online merchant.
I like this site before, but now, they replied email slowly, I don't know why it happened this, please solve this question quickly, maybe else people also have same questions.
Affiliate marketing was no pickle for me at the beginning, but I owe a lot of my success to this network.
Not only is their interface a joy to use and I love the programs they partner up with, but the affiliate managers of these programs go out of their way to offer support when needed.
I highly recommend it! I've started to see regular payments from them and that's because they took the time to share some insights that might've taken me months to figure out myself.
I've been a publisher in ShareASale for many years. It's my go to network. In fact, I sometimes don't join programs specifically because they're not in ShareASale. The team there all the way from the top down is accessible, supportive and helpful. They have so many tools to make my work easier.
I've been with Share a Sale over a year and had nothing but great experiences with them as a blogger.
They are personal and really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome in their community and help you in figuring out how to apply appropriate merchants with your content to help generate more revenue for your site or blog. Absolutely recommend!
I've been working with ShareASale for 3 years. They are the best affiliate network in the business! Easy to use platform, great support and outreach, and definitely the most blogger friendly of the platforms. As a blogger, I am WAY more likely to sign up and promote an item if it's a merchant on SaS, versus any other network.
I've been with Shareasale for years and they are my go to for products to review and write about on my blog. I like the real time reports, quick response to questions, easy to use site and how the vendors keep me updated. When looking for the right merchant for your niche they make it so easy to find the right one. I would recommend Shareasale to anyone looking to work with one of the best affiliate programs available!
I'm pulling ShareASale merchants off of my website. ShareASale has not paid me for sales, and when presented with the evidence of sales, including name, address, etc., they admited that a purchase was made but they have a flimsy excuse for not paying. Their customer service is appalling, or rather non-existent. After waiting 6 months for a resolution, I give up. It's a shame because I really believe in some of the companies they represent, but since ShareASale is the gatekeeper, I cannot promote them.
I really like working with Share a Sale. They pay well and the companies they have in their network are really relevant to my audience. I've worked with them for four years without any issue and plan on continuing to work with them.
I have a website and I started my website 2 months ago. I had rich content and design as super best. I was receiving a good response to traffic. I applied to Shareasale to join the Weebly affiliate program but they rejected my application. Even I joined with my official email address linked to my website *******@website.com But they declined twice. I feel this is not their job to choose whom to select and whom to accept if they are accepting after this much hard process then their merchants should be bound to accept as well. But if it's up to their merchant whom to accept and whom to decline then why they are being so rude in accepting new publishers? I am working with other platforms and earning a good income. But i will say about Shareasale that they are proud or rude with publishers.
I've been with ShareASale for over 5 years and I absolutely love them! Their platform is easy to use, the companies they represent are awesome and the people there are super to work with. Whenever I've had a question or problem, the response has been quick and super helpful! If you're a blogger, you need to partner with ShareASale!
I got kicked out of Shareasale.Com two days ago. Brian Littleton e-mailed me about my review here and asked why i wish to cancel my membership even though I written the reasons here.
I told him that I did not wish to repeat myself if he was not going to refund my payment and he said he will never refund my payment since I was still using shareasale. I told him that I wanted to cancel my membership one week after my payment, I messaged them several times but they all ignored. Plus there is nothing about "cancelling membership" on the website and he said that I did not have to worry about anything and he cancelled my membership. He also said he will not refund my payment because I leave bad reviews about ShareAsale.Com
So they got my $650 and they also kicked me out.
Hey Brian, what are you going to tell now?
Ahmet,
There are a couple of things I'll say here, I hope you read this fully.
An Affiliate Program will take some time to grow - 2 months (especially in Q4) is really not enough time to gauge whether or not Affiliates will be attracted to your program, and be able to send you traffic and sales. For many Retailers, especially small or relatively unknown retailers, it can take a year or more to really grow out this channel. It sounds like one of our representatives reached out to you to try to help you and show you the best practices moving forward - I would encourage you to take her advice if you are planning on really building out this channel. There are thousands of retailers with Affiliate Programs, and nobody is going to have overnight success - you have to work at it and grow your program through recruitment, good quality commission structures, and just hard work.
We do respond to all emails that come in - if you feel like your issue with your account is still not resolved, you can reach me at brian@shareasale.com and I'll try to find the emails that you say that you have sent to us that have been unanswered.
ShareASale is a very large, and established network - we've been doing this for 15+ years. The $550 setup fee is very low in the industry, and I would encourage you - now that you have paid it - to try to work on your investment and grow your program. Quitting so quickly (2 months) is not going to help you and you'll essentially just have wasted that money. Take advantage of the resources that we have available on our Blog and our interface, they are free to use and learn from.
Today is June 06 and have been trying to get a payment issue resolved since March 09. They sent my cheque to the wrong country, they got it back but aren't reissuing a new cheque, nor returning the money to my account balance. No answer in over a month now.
Horrible experience. I tried to change the category of my store after paying like $700 and they said I cannot. Waste of time and money. Terrible company.
I have been an affiliate with Shareasale for close to 10 years and have found it to be the most honest and ethical network out there. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Their conferences are top of the line as well. Highly recommended!
I've been with shareasale for 8 years and love the selection of outstanding companies they align with. As an affiliate, I've always been paid in time and I don't have to wait for 3-4 months to get paid like other affiliate networks I've worked with in the past. They work hard to offer training and education to their affiliates and influencers. I'm grateful to have such an outstanding company to work with!
ShareASale has a rating of 1.8 stars from 84 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with ShareASale most frequently mention and customer service. ShareASale ranks 176th among Affiliate Programs sites.
Hi Sandy P. - I'm sorry you had a bad experience. Merchants (those using our platform) actually make all decisions on whether or not to compensate for a non-tracked order. If you contacted our Support Team, they would have told you to complete a Non-Tracked Order Request - which we then review, and send to the Merchant to verify.
Orders generally track automatically. There are some cases where they do not - most of those are things such as forgetting to click through an affiliate link, clicking through another affiliate link such as a coupon, or sometimes more complicated attribution rules that a Merchant has. If you want me to research these for you - I'd be more than happy to do so just shoot me an email to brian@shareasale.com with your userID or email so that I can look up your account - and I'll follow up on those order requests for you. If you have NOT submitted a Non-Tracked Order Request - please do so that would be the first step.
