These products are gentle on your hair and leaves your hair with body and shine. I like to mix the shampoo with the conditioner when I wash. I have an autoimmune issue that requires me to be extra gentle with my hair. I m glad I can use these products.

The shampoo and conditioner smell great

The shampoo and conditioner smell great. It takes a lot of shampoo to get your hair to lather, my hair is short in length. Conditioner doesn't seem to do much and my hair is tangled after using the products. I'm still deciding?

The detailed instructions should have been included with the order. Or instruct customers to go to your website for explicit directions.
The instructions on the bottles are different than what's on your website. You leave shampoo and conditioner in hair for 3-5 minutes on the bottles, and 15-20 minutes on the website. Hence my 4 star review.

When I was checking out, it gave me the option to purchase the daily foam. I chose to buy it. Once I was done with the purchase, I was trying to find out how often my shipments would come and how much they were going to be in the future. I noticed that I could purchase the daily foam for less separately once I was a "member" than what I paid at checkout for a supposed "discount." I contacted the company twice about it and NEVER received any response to my enquiry as to why you were charging more to throw it in your basket at checkout than what you charge after the first purchase.

Along with the shampoo, conditioner and leave in foam conditioner, I also purchased the hair treatment growth. On the front of the box it says for men and women but the directions say 'for men with hair thinning on the vortex only'. That is the crown of the head and not where women lose their hair typically. I don't think I should use this product and it feels like it was false advertising. I think it was a waste of money.

I'm 38 years old and I've been using the shampoo and conditioner solution for 5 months. First thing I noticed in about 3 weeks was less hair falling out in the shower then after about 2 months. Almost no hair falling out in the shower. Works for me.

I have yet to notice any difference in my hair. I do find my hair to feel squeaky clean after I wash it. I know that means there is no residue on my hair but I feel like it could be damaging it. I am not sure.

I thought I was ordering a cost of $30+... I did not want 4 months...I wanted 1 month... I can not afford 4 mon.& I want to see if I like it first... please advise... I don't want to have to return the order. Thank you, Kim Mitchell

At first I liked how the products made my hair feel, but after a few days I noticed an increase in hair fall. I was easily losing twice as much hair as I was before. I stopped using the products and my hair fall returned to normal.

I made a mistake, did not realize that I have ordered twice. I emailed you right away to cancel one of the orders but I did not get any response from you. I did receive my orders which will last me for ages. Please don't send me anything more until you hear from me,
I am not sure if this shampoo is really working. Lots of hair still in my hairbrush.

I tried sooooo many times to reach customer service, so that I could send the expensive product back. I finally after weeks did by text reach a woman and got an RMA and at my own $ 27.00 returned the product. But, have not heard from the company, yet. I do have a fed-ex tracking receipt.

I thought I was buying a 2 month supply for a total of $61.00. I didn't realize that each bottle was $61 and that my total was $122.35.

I only wash and set my hair every third night, there fore it's going to take me a longer time to use up my shampoo and conditioner!But I will be in touch when I use it all, in fact I may use it all up and order it again,

Is there any way you can have a colorless or white base for the shampoo and conditioner? I have gray hair and these products tint my hare a slight orange color. I like the products and I have noticed a difference with their use but I am considering switching to another brand.

I liked the price for all the products I received

I liked the price for all the products I received. The shampoo needs to stay in 2-5 minutes and that is a long time to leave in if you are doing the conditioner as well for 2-5 minutes. My hot water runs out each time. The conditioner is drippy and does not stay in the hair as I need it to.
The drops drip down my neck. The mouse works much better.

I ordered a one month supply and you guys sent me a 4-month supply and charge me for 4 month supply when I tried to cancel the order and send it back they kept trying to get me to keep it keep it keep it while I haven't seen any results with it so you'll probably end up getting it all back anyway
