It was delivered weeks after promised date. I tried it and had an allergic reaction and it took weeks trying to get instructions to return. Finally did and I'm waiting for the refund. Bad product and bad customer service.

I haven't seen much hair growth yet but I am hopeful. The pricing was confusing. It was listed at $55 but then I was charged $200. I am assuming it was for a 4 months supply but it was confusing at check out. Also, I would have liked the option to just buy one month at a time. The conditioner bottle leaks so more product comes out than needed when I use it.

I left 2 call messages and an email concerning my issue and no response from either of the different contacts.
I was shipped a male product not a female product? I really just wanted to return and have the correct product shipped but no response. Very concerning no way to run a business

Just decided to give It a try I am a cancer survivor who really never got the strong hair I want after with a lot of hair loss so I am giving this a try. So far so good
I do feel you could have bigger bottles for larger orders there is a lot of plastic in all these little bottles

My order was over $200 When I picked it up from the post office (was supposed to be delivered to my street address), there was a $50 customs charge. I am reluctant to order again when I had to pay one quarter of the total charge on customs And I was unaware that customs would be charged. Not pleased with that.

I was misled buying 4 months supply thinking that it's worth $58 and trying to contact the number so I can just get 1 shampoo and conditioner to try the products but after several attempts I never get in touch with the customer service. I emailed the address in the information but I never got any response. I was so disappointed.

I waited a whole month to receive my shipment. I placed the order on 4/24/20 and the payment of $143.xx was taken out of my account on 4/27, called customer service twice and still did not receive my shipment until 5/22/20.

So far,I see no improvement.I actually see my hair continue to fall out daily.
I do not want to wash my hair daily,it just weakens the shaft.
What is the foam suppose to achieve?
I use it daily around my hairline.

The shopping experience was great, very satisfied with maneuvering around the site and shopping thru the products. Shipping and delivery was timely...
The only negative thing I experienced was unintentional, one of my shampoo bottles seal came loose and spilled out on the other items in the box. I was involved in packing and moving and didn't contact Customer Service about this.

I did not realize that I have to use the skin drops on my head every day, twice a day and if I stop, the hair stops growing. I don't like that and wish I had known that before my purchase.
I love the shampoo, conditioner and leave in foam but wish I could return the boxes of head drops. I used one bottle one time.

It was confusing as to what I was actually getting before I put my credit card in. I thought it was shampoo conditioner and foam. Don't know my Canadian price? Don't know if shipping charge? What's the free gift I'm supposed to get? Is it the foam?

I have found that the Shapiro MD products are hair savers for me. Since I have been using this product the new growth is quite noticeable and I am no longer losing as much hair as I used to. I used Shapiro MD shampoo, conditioner and the leave in foam conditioner. Very pleased with these product and will continue to use.

My father and grandfather were barbers and dad researched for a hair treatment for us and died at 84 but told me my folicals are there they just needed to get rebooted. He never found a solution so I carried on his research so I will give yours a try thanks.

I wanted to try your product for one month and was shocked to have received a four-month supply and a bill significantly higher. Your agent reduced the cost significantly and I agreed to keep the four-month supply. Felt a bit sneaky on your part, if I'm to be honest. Let's just hope your product is good.

Will review my experience in 30 days. It's my last resort then I am done. Too much fuss for the inevitable. I believe my hair loss and thinning is due to the stress of my niece being murdered in Wachula, Florida. My hair loss, wrinkles, weight gain sored after this. Thank you

After I placed my order, i did not receive any email that my order was being processed, shipped or any tracking information. It would be great if that type of information was sent to inform customers of the order status. I didn't receive my order until 2 weeks later.

I thought I was spending 59 dollars. There is no preview before ordering so I had no idea I spent over 200 till it was already completed. I was shocked. I hope it works. I wanted to cry. I never spend that much money on myself.

I declined order when it arrived and made several phone calls several emails telling to cancel this order. It had been one month and I am still waiting for my refund to the account. My address was wrong in the first place, I didn't know until I notice my order was not been delivered. I thought your whole thing was a scam, I got no contact from you whatsoever. Until I went in my account and realize that the address was wrong and fix it, then I send an email asking about my shipment and again nothing from you until this. Finally today July 22nd 2020 got the product.
