I like the feeling of the shampoo on my scalp

I like the feeling of the shampoo on my scalp. My hair feels drier and frizzier but that is better than falling out. I hope this is a transitional phase and I look forward to seeing how it is working at 90 days.

Courier left the box in my mailbox and the bottles were frozen solid by the time I received them. Hopefully this doesnt affect the quality of the product. Also I live in a high crime area so am lucky they were not stolen.

The shipping took a long time, and I hadn't heard anything and I was thinking "Oh, no! I've been scammed." Then I finally, after 3 or 4 weeks, got notification that the product had shipped.

Then it took another 2 weeks. I guess I'm a bit spoiled about shipping because Amazon is so fast, but I still think that was pretty slow.

I have used the shampoo and it leaves my hair feeling a little bit wiry, but I will keep using it for the time period that it gives, because I really hope to see results.

When looking at anything on FB, I always look for a legitimate website, which obviously you have. The FB offer was better. However, the message is too long. IMO, you should get to the point much faster. And I don't like all the pricey add ons at the end, it's gimicky. But most importantly, I never saw the one month option spoken of in the overlong message. I went with it mostly for an elderly friend who is losing a great amount of hair every day. So we will both be using it and you'll most certainly be hearing my opinion.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I have not been able to Open the package or obviously, use the products due to a serious family health issue. Please do not send anymore products.

In general I had a good shopping experience as I received my order as I had expected. However I was surprised to learn that I had to be charged and pay customs before receiving my parcel. I live in Canada and had to pay $13.95 CDN at the post office! This was never an issue for my other orders that came from States!

I have never received a response to get an RMA number this product made my scalp breakout and faded my color. I have been calling and emailing since July 11 they don't answer at customer support and do not give any RMA on email! They tell you to call

The promotion was confusing not showing the total price of the package. After I agreed with the purchase then I saw the total cost. I called customer services and they agreed to delete the large amount and purchase only one set as I want to try it first before getting into buying large amounts of a new product I didn't try yet

I had a terrible reaction to the product and I've been trying to return/get a refund and customer service has not reached out yet, it's been a month since I started trying to reach someone. This service is awful, customer care must not be important to this company at all. Very disappointed with product and service.

I tried to order on your 4 th of July 25%off and in my order address it would NOT let me put in Canada or Alberta! It was filed in United States and Alabama! I sent emails to tell you from you until the special was off! I think I should still get 25 % off

Again, the advertisement is deceiving. It shows the shampoo, conditioner and the foam bottle together which I thought that's what I was getting. I bought the 3 month supply which at least should come with one bottle of the foam. I am very disappointed.

I called twice and left message! Nobody returned my calls! I thought my order for the foam went through when I placed the 2 ea. Shampoo/conditioner, but didn't! I wanted to place 2 foam at the discounted price back in June so I called and left messages inky to have nobody return my calls

I was taking to Leah and she was great! Although I was never told about the taxes I had to pay when picking up the shipment. If this information was given to me prior I would never have ordered the product as the cost increased quite a bit and was too expensive.

I have sent 4 e-mails and countless hours waiting on hold. I'm trying to return my product and nobody will respond to my e-mails and I'm unable to reach anyone on the phone.

I'm incredibly frustrated and upset with your company. All I want to do it return my product and your website says it's easy to do. That is NOT true.

Unfortunately I am not able to use the product every day. The only result I have seen is that less hair is on my pick in the morning.

I don't wish to get any more product until I can see a dramatic change in my hair.

Easy process to order, customer service was timely in their response to me with questions I submitted online. The time of order to delivery was very short and I have been able to start my treatment all within a week of learning of Shapiro MD, ordering it to receiving it.

No one replies to my email or voice messages and no one answers the phone. I signed up for the subscription to ship every 3 months. Now it is shipping every month.
I need this changed back to every 3 months ASAP or I will cancel my membership an orders.

At the end of the checkout I was offered other products. The option to reject the offer were in such small letters I couldn't find it! I almost didn't buy the product because I felt obligated to chose another product.
I've received my order and this shampoo dries out my hair.

The experience was fine

The experience was fine. The product took a bit longer to arrive than they told me which was fine except they never told me the items were on back order. Had I not called to check on my order they never would had notified me about it. Otherwise everything was good. Only time will tell if it works.
