The website was easy enough to follow. The only reason I deducted a star was because about a half hour after I placed the order, a Facebook ad came up in my feed with a much better deal. Customer service wasn't willing to match the offer, although they threw in extra product.

I am hopeful that these products will be of benefit to me, and I am willing to give them an extended trial to determine that. They are pleasant and easy to use. However, they took a considerable time to arrive, and were very expensive due to Canadian dollar exchange rates and duties. These are factors that I will have to examine closely when deciding whether to reorder.

I left my number for a call back to discuss where my order was and no one called me back. I am in Canada and the order took well over 3 weeks to arrive. Hopefully the product works and is worth the cost.

I haven't seen a difference while using the product but I haven't had it long enough to tell a difference. When and if I do I'll let you know but thanks for reaching out to me. I did take pictures of before using.

The shampoo seems to be working out well. It is not heavy on my hair. My hair loss is a little less on some days. Not a big change in hair loss but I am hopeful with consistent use it will get better.

I prefer not to have additional pop up messages trying to influence me to purchase more products when I have not even tried the shampoo yet. First establish credibility and then the customer will be more inclined to purchase more items. I am looking forward to trying this shampoo as it appears it has been formulated based upon clinical trials.

I have trying to contact you guys for weeks to get an Authorization Number have given this product 3 months trial & now that I want to send it back I never hear from u & u don't ever answer your phones or call me back like you promise! Will be contacting my PayPal account filing a claim against you if I am not contacted immediately! Thank U Eileen Roberts

I was surprised by the information on the bottle that it might be six months to see any difference. I will not 'try' something for that long before I can see a difference. I want to cancel my subscription ASAP.

I was dismayed to find that I owed another $50 or so to the agent when it was delivered to my door. I thought this was going regular mail. I would not order again for this reason. I felt I had already paid a lot for the product itself.

After attempting to stop the order immediately after ordering, I was unable to contact a person, receive a response or reply. I find this product very drying, I'm not satisfied with the product. I should have listened to my instinct.

On the orders I made both times the items requested were charged incorrectly on the first order and the second order was incorrect all together with the wrong item. Customer service was able to correct both errors immediately upon calling.

I notified Shapiro that my package was received with some brown liquid spilling only on the inside of the box, so it had to have happened at the shipping facility. I was not able to read the literature sent with the package, and I had to was the bottles, etc. I didn't get a reply from Shapiro when I sent my concerns.

The ad said it was on special for $44 something but when I clicked to buy it charged me $57 something...not very happy. Then after I ordered the site tried to sell me foam which I thought came with the order and minoxidil which I thought you didn't need. Just made shopping very confusing

Received the shampoos and conditioners,about 3wks. Ago I haven't seen any change as far as me losing my hair, am still losing a lot of hair,but it seems to have started to growing again. I just hope it will soon stop me from losing anymore hair.

Since I started using the Shapiro shampoo and conditioner I have noticed that there is not as much hair lose in my shower and my hands when I rince my hair. I know I only wash my hair once a week so it seem to took longer to start seeing results but I have started seeing some.WOW...I'm keeping my fingers cross it keeps on getting better with each wash.
