Good, when I saw the advertisement and decided to order the system for 2 months I thought you got the leave in foam also. That is what the pictures show in the advertisement. I was a little disappointed to see I did not get the leave in foam. You should change the pictures to show exactly what you get in your package.

I received and was over charged for more product that I wished for. The problem was resolved by me having f to return the extra product and my account was refunded however, I had to pay high shipping fees at my cost to return the box.
So if in case there is no development of using this product can i refund my money? How many weeks before the results? And how can i contact you to refund the money? I hope this can help my hair back, thank you.
Ordering was easy. I received my items in a timely manner. I ordered the 90 day supply & liked the way it was packaged In 3 monthly supplied bottles each of the shampoo, the conditioner & the Minoxidil with the dropper applicator. It is a little early to say anything yet about regrowth yet.
I have only been using the shampoo and conditioner for 2 weeks, however I do not like the shampoo very much and I dislike the conditioner. This may just be my hair type but I have very fine hair and because of the way the conditioner leaves my hair I loose even more hair in the sink after each wash. To be fair. I am going to continue using it until it is gone. Providing I am not loosing more hair
My husband is using it and his hair is more shiny and it seems to be thicker. He had a double lung transplant and due to all the medicine he is on, it has damaged his hair (among other things) and it has been breaking off and falling out. His hair was nice and shiny and thick prior to the transplant. This product seems to be helping, thank you
I do not want a order every two months. I have spoken to a customer service rep and I have also emailed them regarding this. I do not want them automatically charging my credit card. I will cancel my subscription if this continues.

Purchase was simple, don't like the fact that the price wasn't as shown on Facebook, the $39.95 was what I was looking for, didn't like that you force people to buy multiple months. I giving it a try but don't like the bait and switch tactics. Also, don't try to push extra items onto a buyer before checkout.
I like the shampoo and conditioner but when I received it the shampoo, conditioner and foam had leaked out. Not all of it but about half.
I didn't complain because I would have to send it back and I really wanted to try it.

The conditioner is horrible and makes my hair feel like straw. The conditioner is the consistency of water. I loose more hair trying to comb through my hair after shampooing and conditioning. Very disappointed and would like to get my money refunded.
When I ordered the initial product I clicked on one time only. They went ahead and used my credit card and shipped me another order without my permission. I emailed them and hopefully will not get another order without my permission.
I think it is a hard time to evaluate service due to the covid virus.I did send a message for some help

I think in all fairness when things calm down is a better time to evaluate.The foam that came with the products when do i use this and can it be on dry hair? When I reached out to you it was to let you know

I like the hair products I am very sensitive to so much I am a hair stylist I would love to use this in my shop.does this come in bigger size and how much does it cost. I am waiting for my eye borrows to get thicker.
Don't like that I was led to believe I was buying one shampoo and one conditioner and ended up with four of each and was charged 143.00 dollars.
I tried it and do not like it at all! And now I have three full bottles of both, plus the once used bottles of two and I don't even like the product.
I thought the package I ordered would be sufficient for hair regrowth. Then,you offered several more, expensive products. Does this mean the original 3 products I ordered don't work unless I buy more products?
When I finally received my order after having to call twice to see where my order was. I was sent the wrong delivery information. After I finally received my order One of the products had leaked out in the box. Bad packaging, everything was just thrown in the box and then the one product leaked all over everything. Will never purchase from you again and nor will I recommend you.
The girl was arrogant and rude. I understand that I had been contacted, and I missed the message, but the girl was rude. If she hates her job, get another. Customer service is a basic skill, and this is failure.
An item I did not want was added to my order causing my order to be over $240.00. I was supposed to be paying shipping on a free trial bottle. I was told to send it back when I received it which I did. I still have yet to receive my refund. I will never order from this company again. I have nothing good to say about this company and will be happy to testify to such.
