So I went to she site to get another bra. When I got there it was hard to find the same one I had ordered before. Not sure how I ordered the 1st one. Maybe it was an email. While there I wanted to see if there was other cami styles. There were other brands and that confused me. Anyway I found what I needed but not the other things I wanted. Not sure why there are other brands on the site. Also I have a cami with reduction from another retailer. It is no longer made and I need the smaller size. I love love love it and wish there was one like it in the shaper mint collections. Is there any way to talk with someone about the design? I would get 1 for every week day if I could find one I love as much. I like the compression for the cami I got from you but not the top or the straps.

I ordered a pair of leggings and also I was to get a wash bag as a free gift in which I have only received the wash bag nothing else but they have charged me £7.50 so it was not a free gift will not be ordering again.

I tried several different styles and for me, the TrueKind Shaper works best. It's a dream and I was grateful that I could get in with the holiday sales. Their return service is great too! I filled out the form and placed the return in my mailbox and it was picked up! How easy is that?! Give it a try!

I placed an order before thanksgiving. It somehow got lost in the mail and was returned to the sender. I did not get any notices from Shapermint. I reached out to them to see what was going on and the let me know it was returned. THEN the things i ordered were no longer available. Before Christmas they said it would be 7days before they could reship the order... still waiting on sometime of confirmation email. I am wondering if this is even a real site to order from. I have been scammed so may time recently i am losing faith in ordering things online.

I had trouble with my apt number being left off package so didn't arrive. I reached out through chat and you representative very quickly corrected the problem and sent me a new package. I was very pleased with how I was treated. The product itself tends to roll and the circle pads in the cups slide or become wrinkled. I am not a fan for those reasons

I ordered a pair of leggings back in early November and finally received them on December 23rd. Apparently the size I needed had to be shipped from China. The Shapermint chat people were polite to deal with, but ultimately I had to wait it out.

Purchased a bra. It arrived well-packaged and on time. It is very comfortable to wear but does not give me the same shape that an under-wired bra gives and tends to flatten my figure.
