Placed an order, only to not get a confirmation number or email, only a "please complete your order" email. Absolutely impossible to speak to anyone. You're stuck dealing with online chat with someone who has limited capabilities to help. Scary to leave credit card information with an online retailer, then have your information "lost." Apparently. I can't say for certain I cannot get in contact with anyone. They really need to up their game with their customer communication. Voice jail and chat does not cut it.
No Rolling down - no unreasonable tightness... the boy cut does roll at the thigh but it's not uncomfortable. The bra fits perfectly. I will be buying the high rise panty and other garments to try as well. LOVE IT... will you soon have something for my arms?

I like the Shapewear, it actually stayed put and did not roll down like other Brands. What o was just a little dissapointed about is that it didn't hold my stomach in as well as it does on the models on the videos. But I still like it. It's comfortable to wear. Thankyou.

I ordered a m/l and they were very difficult to get on. Kinda like a workout getting dressed, however who has time for that! I contacted customer service and with in 5 minutes we had resolved the issue. They are sending me another pair, bigger size and told me to give the ill fitting one to someone. Amazing ly easy no hassle return policy!

Having just purchased 2 bras from your website i was really looking forward to wearing a comfortable bra with now underwires. The impression I got from the Facebook ad was that it would stay in place. The cup size is good but flattening. Anything larger I would be swimming in it. After one hour of wearing the under band rolled up, became like wearing an elastic band around my rib cage. After waiting 2 weeks to receive the bras I am very disappointed.

I wear a large and have lost 13lbs yet the product is very hard to pull on over thighs and hips. It's a struggle truly. Hopefully with the loss of more weight that will be reduced.
