Ordered ONE pair, billed for two, received one, it rolled down (just as their advertisements promised it WOULD NOT), tried to contact them for return... Order Number NOT available on any email, packaging, etc. In fact, NO email confirmation was received giving any details (that I ordered ONE item for XX. XX dollars). Only an email saying they had been shipped. Oh, and the "hassle free returns" they promise? Yeah right! After chatting forever online with a BOT (not even a real person), they refused to give me a refund authorization and said another item was on its way to me. I didn't even order it! And, I don't want the one I DO have. I must want my money back. But watch out for that $7 restocking fee. THIS BUSINESS IS A JOKE! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!

Answer: This company is a scam. They will not accept returns, issue no refunds leaving you with a product you don't want and can't use. I'd never order from this company and would not recommend others to do so either. You can find some of their products on Amazon where at least you have recourse if the item doesn't fit or you're not pleased with it since Amazon accepts returns and refunds.
