I will start out by saying that even though I returned everything, Shapermint did process my reimbursement in a timely manner, minus the shipping costs. My expedited shipment was received several days after the expected 3-4 day arrival. I paid for expedited delivery for no reason. Evidently the number of "days" it takes to process an order is not counted in the estimated shipping time. Though everything arrived, it was after my planned event. Ultimately nothing fit as expected, so I had to send all back anyway. There was one bra that I simply wanted to exchange for a different size. I tried the exchange option but was limited to only two other size selections, which were not what I needed. So, I filled out the return form online. I then went back to see if I could find the bra in my size and there it was, in stock on their website. I couldn't figure out why it didn't show up when I tried to exchange the first time. I called to see if I could exchange that one item in my package since I had just barely processed the return. It was impossible to get this point across to the chatbot, which insisted that it was pretty smart. I called the phone number expecting to speak to a person, but again, only a voicemail option to leave a message and someone would get back with me in a couple days. I tried to make the correction on the return that I had just processed, but evidently, corrections or changes are impossible once submitted. Well, I would have purchased the corrected sized bra if I could have processed the exchange, but since they rely on robots to handle the customer service, the problem was left unresolved and I had no alternative but to return for refund. I found the same bra on Amazon and ordered it for a fraction of the price. Shapermint website is enticing, but I highly suggest going to a department store to try on what you think you want before ordering. I love the Wacoal bra and TC shaper boy shorts which are so silky soft. I did not like the thick, scratchy feel of the Empetua shape wear, and it also seemed it be too hot for me to wear as an under-layer.
They were so considering, they truly understand my issue and were able to offer me something that really worked for me.

Fit good in the stomach area. Just wish it fitted my butt cheeks a little better. But I would still recommend it to family and friends. I myself would even purchase again.

I ordered from a sale ad (about half off). At the end of the process there was no opportunity to put in a cod pe and I was charged full price. I sent a text message to their customer service and did not receive a response. I'm trying to return and they charge $7 for return. Be very careful if you are thinking of ordering from them.

I purchased some bras that arrived torn. I am housebound and in response to my request, the company replaced the unusable ones with new ones and I did not have to return the torn ones!
I made a mistake when putting in my order. I made an assumption that the computer new what I was thinking, I should of realized I don't have that electronic implanted in my brain. However Shapermint took very good care of changing my order to what size I wanted, also since my order was shipped they sent me the correct size and said I did not have to send back the wrong size. If more companies had customer service like Shapermint, the shopping online would be great. I would like to add, there was no extra charge for my mistake.

I'd never order from this company and would not recommend others to do so either. You can find some of their products on Amazon where at least you have recourse if the item doesn't fit or you're not pleased with it since Amazon accepts returns and refunds.
