Customer service immediately addressed issue. And the shaper fit well, smoothed perfectly and was comfortable.
I washed them before I wore them and the material on all of them got "pill". For a bra that you wear under t-shirts that's bad. The material should be smooth and not have tiny bumps on it. And... yes... I washed them in the bag that was provided.
High quality, shapers don't roll and feel great against my skin. I got my mo-jo back! Woo Hoo!

I do recommend product... doesn't roll and does what it claims. The website not so much. My single order of one item became two orders somehow with multiple items. Took three chats with customer service to fix. Last girl wouldn't give up trying to convince me to buy all. Exhausting.
The first bra I bought was too small. I kept it anyway and wore it because I hoped it would at least be something I can wear for good support. Then I bought two more, in a larger size, and they feel too loose, even on the furthest hook. Both sizes the straps fall down. One too small, one too big.
Was a but skeptical about this purchase, cause I've been duped before. But I am happyliy surprised with this product! It stays up and fits under any kind of clothing!

Loved the merchandise, until I re-ordered. The second set had different product numbers & completely different sizing. They wanted me to PAY to return them. It took a week of emails, chats, and finally getting AmEx involved. Impossible to get them on the phone. Big disappointment.

I purchased four bras two for my daughter and two for myself 1x was too small for her and 3x didn't even fit me so I gave her the 3x returned the 1x no problem that was comfortable for her the problem we did come across is the band of the bra does not stay in place slides up on back and shoulders, and from buying several pairs of the shape wear leggings the fix would be simple the same thing used to keep them up and in place would be great to keep the bras in place if that changed I would purchase bra again and modify review
