My overall experience is good. My first order arrived in a reasonable amount of time, it was placed in my mailbox with no problems. My second order, a gift for my daughter-in-law, has been returned twice and I am still having trouble confirming the delivery address. Not sure why this has happened.

They charge me for 3 and I ordered one. Was told I cannot cancel but have to return. Ordered 9PM 4/22 and called 6AM 4/23. Said it was already processed but won't receive for about another week. I don't believe the processed it at all that quickly. They won't address the fact that I ordered 1 but charged for 3. So now I have to wait for them to come, return and then wait another week to get my refund. Never again with them

My mother is in a nursing home on quarantine and she needed new bras. Shapermint agreed to not only mail my order to the nursing home but recommended and replaced the original bras I ordered because the one I had ordered was out of stock. My mom loves the bras and they fit perfect.
It takes awhile to get the sizing right, but then all is good.
I initially tried to return the bras I purchased. I was convinced to exchange for something different and in stock. Then the next day I got an email saying the bras I tried to exchange for were not in stock. All I wanted to do initially was return the product. Well, I got to do just that albeit in a round-about way. Very frustrating.

Really like the feel of it, absolutely comfortable.
I was so excited for my Shapermint that I checked the mailbox daily. As soon as it arrived I ran upstairs to try on the #1 selling Every Day All Day High Waisted Shaper Shorts. I was extremely surprised when the no slip grip didn't stay put as promised. I thought I must need to wear them for a bit and work them in. Still, four hours later, the top would not stay put. These shorts were no different than any other pair of shaper shorts I've owned. Actually, that's not true. I could feel the extra support that was built in, but since they wouldn't stay put, they extra support was extra constricting and extra uncomfortable.
