It was very easy to order and I really like the quality of the products. Some after receiving were not quite my style but still the products themselves were very well made. Had to return some items for larger sizes and/or a refund but this company is very easy to work with. Will definitely buy again.
I ordered three pairs of leggings, one of which was high waisted compression leggings. I'm 5' 7.5" and these leggings went all the way up to my bust! They are thick so they'll be perfect for the winter. I was a bit taken aback by how small they looked, but they stretched and comfortably held me in. I'll be ordering more soon!
I feel like I mY have bought everything in the catalog! I love everything! They have a no hassle exchange / refund policy! Due to this it helped me buy more items even if the sizing was off. I will continue to purchase Shapermint for many years to come!
I was trying to exchange two bras for a larger size, in the same colors. Before I started this, I placed another order for four more bras in the larger size. The first one worked fine. The second one would only allow me to return (but nothing to explain why). So I initiated a chat. The CS woman processed the exchange but determined I couldn't exchange the second one for a larger size in the same color as they were out of stock. I asked for another color and was told there were none available in that size in any color (I had just moments before ordered 4 of them). So she directed me to another style, which I ordered. When I got the confirmation for this exchange, it says the first was will be exchanged for a the larger size and the second one will be returned. No mention of them exchanging it for a different style. Also, the emails with tracking confirmation are worthless.

The long garnet knees to bra, was way to small and rolls down. Per the website, I tried to exchange the garment for a larger size, not even a return, but no one assisted me. I received/receive email after email stating to request the exchange, which I don and no one hels. No customer service dispite stating accepting exchanges
Terrible customer service. Handling fee to return items that is not disclosed when you place an order. Typical bait & switch. I have been emailing back and forth FOR A MONTH trying to get a refund! Do not fall for this scam!

Upon receiving order found a larger size was needed called customer service to get address for exchange, rep was rude offering only online, but without printer and. No way to get it printed can not do anything. No response to any requests. Will not order anything more and will advise all friends to do Same

Overall this product does what it says. It keeps you all snug tight inside the shaper garment. It's great for hiding muffin top and to give you a tighter stomach appearance. The one drawback I have is the top of my cami (tank top). I am larger on top than my stomach and waist so there is no extra room. Although the body of the tank fits great the top feels like I'm being squished in and is not very comfortable to wear for an extended period of time. I would have definitely given it 5 stars if there was an option for a larger chest version. Good quality fabrics. Tight stretch so it will probably keep its shape for a long time.
After wearing once, product was comfortable. It had to be stretched a little to fit properly around rib cage.
