Love the bra, but I should have ordered an XXL. Next time I will know better. Super comfortable, though.
My experience was good. I ordered a shapewear garment and had a coupon for free shipping. Applied it but when I paid it didn't remove the shipping cost. I called and they quickly adjusted the price. It fits well! I do wish that it had a crotch gusset because of ease with a gown for a wedding. The company is Very nice to work with.

Bought one to try. I have a hard time finding a bra that is comfortable, this one is. I have worn it a few times and washed it twice. It holds its shape and washes well. It does not ride up and feels like not wearing one at all.

Ordered Shaper panty brief and they were to big. Called customer service and they walked me through sizing and helped me get the proper fit. Exchanged my order. The customer service gal was friendly and knowledgeable. Will shop again and tell my friends.

The bra is fine except for the straps. They are too long and not adjustable. They continue to slip off my shoulders and I am always pulling them up. I would like a way to adjust them to fit my needs. The cup part of the bra is fine.
I really love the new bras I received. They are the first bras I've had that really fit. The customer service is great too. Always helpful and they don't keep you waiting on hold FOREVER.

I love the camisole. It's light & airy but firm. I told you in a prior note that it didn't ride up. After wearing for awhile it does slide up if not under my jeans. Maybe if it was an inch longer it would stay better. Other than that I love it. I ordered 2 more in different colors. My old ones were 2 ply and bulky. I had to wear them inside out so clothes wouldn't cling as bad. The inside fabric was silkier. My kids did throw them in the dryer. I'm going to watch my laundry closer now.
I didn't like the way the bottom of the wireless bras rolled up, so my customer service rep told me to keep them (as I wasn't complaining about fit, just I felt it would be better with a stay in place band like the shaper shorts. She went ahead and sent me 2 more wireless bras in a different brand. They are, and do fit better. She, as a representative of the company, was extraordinarily excellent. I will not hesitate in the future to do business with this company and their merchandise is great, too boot.
