I am new to the Shapermint family and products. And I have three items so far. The Cami's are fantastic. I can wear them all day, with no discomfort. They do ride up when worn over the high waisted panties. That was the only drawback for me.

After sending a item which was so small for xl said would send a replacement gave tgem my correct address and post code only for them to put a incorrect address and incorrect postcode now have to wait weeks for another replacement wont be ordering from this company again total let down

The high waisted shaper pantie are lovely and comfortable, you don't realise you are wearing them but they do smooth every thing they cover just as advertised! Now have them in two colours.

A little tight: sometimes I may need help taking it off but it's a great product
I was leery of buying a bra on line without trying it on. I purchased the Daily Comfort shaper bra and a sports bra. The shaper bra fit perfect but I was not happy with the fit on the sports bra. I contacted customer service and I was able to exchange the sports for another Shaper bra with no problems. Great products and even greater customer service. I will be purchasing from this company again!

Well it is crazy with the shutdown and all, so I got a size small instead of the medium large I ordered
I had a terrible return experience. I did not like the material of the leggings. I did keep the camis and the shaper shorts. I took the return label to the post office and was told I owed an additional $7+. Since I already had the $4.99 return fee deducted this did not make me happy. I tried to use the Shapermint Chat feature yet the bot was unable to understand and reply to my concern. This has made me very leery of ordering again. 1) the return policy is not how it is advertised 2) I cannot communicate a concern effectively to the company.
