I liked the shape of both items. I'm just noticing you don't have a size chart for either of these items. Actually on most of your items on your website. Unfortunately I'll be returning these items because I don't want the back and forth of trying to find the right size & fit.
I don't know if I bought the wrong size or what, but this does not hold anything in. I'm a size 10. I bought a large. Maybe I should have bought a medium. Nowhere on the site does it mention what size is recommended when purchasing. Very disappointed.

I am 5'7", 180lbs with a 28 in waist and 42 in hips, so my legs carry a lot of my weight. I wish this swimsuit was just slightly more elastic or had a little more give in order to get it on because I end up hopping around, LOL. However, looks SO good once I squeeze it on.
I've spent $261 and I still haven't gotten my order yet. First order was lost in custom I was told I was gonna get my order replaced got a tracking number and everything only to receive the item I received for the inconvenience. I'm really upset because I wanted my order but at this point, I'd rather just have a refund. The only thing I can add is that everyone I enter kind of with was nice but I still don't have no order as of June 16,202 and I placed my order May 24,2025.
I needed to exchange something I ordered as I forgot to change the size on onenof the products and they got back to me within 24 hours and the problem was solved immediately! Theyre very communicative on top of it being an excellent product
It was horrible no one was concerned about my package it was stuck in Whipple NJ for weeks when I call gotv a recordering saying they were busy and to call back. I did got the same I email first their response was that they had packages more important than mines I wanted my refund and then my package was being processed so for that reason I won't be ordering anything from you guys anymore
My experience went from pleasant to stressful after delivery. My shape wear did not arrive but I received a notification that it was delivered. I was initially told to reach out to post office which I did and reported the incident. I was told the time was 3 days for the Post Office to respond. On day 3 after reporting I did receive an email from shapellx stating they were resending the item, and I did receive the second one very quickly.
Customer service and product did not disappoint! I was hesitant to buy something that was an important undergarment for me to rely upon via an online company I was not familiar with. Their product style just seemed better designed than all the others. It had to not be poor quality and needed to make me feel happy to wear it. My first order didn't fit but they shipped me out the next size up on the body shaper and adjusted the size of the bra and all with no hassle! The material is lovely and I haven't worn it out to an event yet but I am looking forward to seeing people's reaction and to feeling more confident wearing my evening/special occasion attire! One of my items came damaged, I reached out and it was handled right away! I gave 3 stars because the product should have been inspected before shipping. Though I received my money back for the product their was no "I'm sorry this happened" just simply a refund!
Wonderful all the way around (my curves)! 😁 I was pleasantly surprised by the fit, compression and workmanship. To be honest, I could probably go down a size... But I'm just so pleased with how it feels I'll just buy another in a smaller size!
I sized down, as is recommended for shapewear, and am very thrilled with the purchase. It's honestly one of the few shapewear purchases i've been genuinely happy with. It gives me the perfect silhouette and makes clothes that are just a little snug fit perfectly again. There's a bit of discomfort during extended wearing sessions, namely the zipper digging in just under your sternum, but i can't complain too much.

I did receive my order but not without stressing over whether the delivery person would deliver it to me or take it else where because they just refuse to do their job well. The order on June 8th was delivered to an unattended lobby with high traffic. I do not live in the lobby. Makes me appreciate UPS, USPS & FEDEX even more because their workers would not have left my package in the lobby. Thank God a honest maintenance worker saw my package and delivered it to me. For this very reason I am very skeptical placing additional orders with you because I now know that it will be with a cheaper carrier that does not have good customer service in mind. Today I placed another order and sadly I had to ship it to a family member's home which is way out of my way. I feel a bit more confident that the crappy carriers you use have no choice but to deliver it to the concierge as opposed to unattended area.
These came pretty quickly and they are really great quality. Unfortunately, both of the shapewear I ordered did not fit me correctly. I think it's because of my very long torso (it didn't reach up high enough) and my apron belly that prevented these from fitting/sitting correctly. It's quite sad because I need this for a wedding but my experience, despite that fact, was good.
Love my new shape wear, it fits perfectly to my body, it's not suffocating, I can breathe with them on easily. I can wear them under a dress or pants with no problem! And the zipper for the bikini area in case you need to use the bathroom is genius! I am Very happy with my purchase

Fits perfect i can actually wear it all day. I've made several purchases and I have been please with them all. One time I ordered something that didn't give any support. But I've worked it out with great customer service.

I got multiple emails with tracking numbers that never updated, On 5/19 I emailed them they answered the day after with a generic email and a tracking number. On 5/27 I only received the cheaper item I had bought and not the item that was the reason for placing my order.
