Have not heard back from customer service on how I can return an item. Lagging in response will surely narrow my window for returns. Only wanted to return 1 of 2 items but it seems it quite difficult to do so.
Great experience with customer service thus far. Hassle free and easy. Their products are great quality, however I seem to size incorrectly when I order certain products. I've never had an issue returning anything.
Product to small. I requests for a larger replacement on April 17th Haven't heard from them. They said that as soon the product was available they you let me know when they shipped it out. Haven't heard anything. Not happy right now.
It's comfy, easy to put on and take off! No pain, very comfy to sleep in as well! I had also bought my sister one because she seen how the ladies on Instagram were actually real women and not models with work done. It's actual results, coming from real people.
I went 2 sizes small and it's still pretty comfortable, sitting not as much but it should work. Like the side zipper instead of it being in the middle and by going smaller, the butt fits much better for me
In most of the videos I noticed back rolls or side rolls popping out and thought it was possibly their body type but it happened with mine also. I won't ever wear it because of that issue. Don't feel that I should have to wear 2 garments to make a smooth look
It doing exactly what it supposed to do. I will be going back for a different shape wear. I have never own something of this caliber. Although I do have a lil bit problem breathing in it but can't complain. It helping me with my weight loss journey.

I love everything about this swimsuit. I bought myself 2 and bought my sister 1. It flattens and lifts exactly where you need it to. The material is amazing and the drawstring makes this swimsuit the best bathing suit ever. True to size. I have many miraclesuits which I paid over $150 for each and these are much less and do exactly what you need and then some. The bust part is so sexy. Not too revealing, but not too plain. My friends think I got a boob job when I sent them pics. The butt part is perfect. No riding up, no pulling, no tugging needed. The colors are so beautiful. You have outdone yourself on this one and I am telling every woman I know about it.
I ordered it too big and it didn't suck in anything. Also the snap on the crotch was all the way on my fupa. There was barely any support on the lower stomach. I ordered an xl and hope it is the right fit
In another life time, with a larger size maybe, but the one i have is too small. It goes up, but doesn't fit my body/shape how I prefer, and didn't clasp completely nor zip. I need to lose weight. Until then, I'll buy a larger size, because the material was perfect, didn't roll, cut, nor hurt. I kept it on for 2 hours (one of which I was on stage, and on camera), and the clasp that did close, held on like a "G" 🤣
A little tight if you have a long torso, but I just went up a size and it worked. I don't have much more to say about it I don't know why they require 100 characters. It's a nice suit, gonna wear it in Mexico.
Had to reorder a new one due to the first one being too big. This one fits so perfectly! Customer service was extremely helpful. They communicated back with me in a timely manner. They also made sure to follow up to make sure I received the replacement.
Had ordered a small but I needed a medium. In less than a week a received the correct size. And let me tell you. I was snatched. 2 sizes smaller. Love it.

I purchased one of the shape wear for an event i was going to. It fit me good and was able to hold in what I wanted. The only thing I had an issue with which was minor on making sure the top didn't roll down depending on how I was sitting
The seams for the zipper and the zippers both showed up very easily through my dress making it appear as if I had a couple of piercings. Customer service was great to work with and processed my return.
I absolutely love it! Comfortable and t u c k s where it needs to. I also brought the black and beige lace bra it's so pretty and soft however I bought the wrong size and I will be able to get a new one towards the $30 coupon I got to buy another one awesome
Swimsuit is exactly as advertised. Does everything to flatter the body you have. Vibrant colors and stylish design. I got mine delivered faster than expected. Don't hesitate to purchase, it's worth it.
Product or not as expected, beautiful description however the slip dress only goes to the thigh area thinking that it was a long length shaper slip dress going beneath the knee. Totally disappointing and the material is wonderful however the way it's made leave something for a little desire. It needs to have different material at the bottom of the dress to keep it from rolling up something to keep it the shape apart secure and not to ride up on the thigh if you're going to keep it low or cut off at the thigh.
