Love the customer service. My order was delivered to the wrong address. I was sent a replacement with no delay!

I purchased a 1x it says it fits sizes 14 to 16. I wear mostly 14 and some 16's of it runs small. I couldn't get the shaper around my stomach at all and I also wear a size large shirt. I was disappointed. I haven't had a chance to see if it works. I gotta go somewhere and buy another body shaper this time in store so I know what I'm getting

Great on the Delivery unhappy with what I buy because I have an apron belly and I thought that was gonna help lift and do whatever you know compress it the way that I wanted and it you know it doesn't really work so I just have to figure out something else thank you

I made several purchases over approximately a week. I received some of what I ordered, some of what Shein arbitrarily decided to substitute. After several attempts to contact the company, to no avail, I was left with no choice but to contact the financial institution that I used to complete my purchase. I presume Shein, was made aware of the dispute with the financial company, Prior to the dispute, I was unable to initiate a return or have the ability to contact the Shein. Miraculously, after the dispute was filed I was able to initiate a return. In turn, I was able to initiate contact, leading prompt to email customer service. Which led to another dead end. The representative that I exchanged emails with appeared content with not providing assistance, hiding behind the fact that I filed a dispute with the financial institution. Customers warrant no respect or assistance.

******WATCH your credit card. There have been additional purchases that I have not sanctioned.

In my opinion, Shein, representative seem to are content with foregoing any action in an effort to distract the customer from pursuing a return, leading to the refund that the customer desires.
This is not an isolated incidence, If you read all the reviews, one would recognize the pattern.

The site is well organized and the reviews are so helpful. The shapewear itself does what it says it will do. It snatches and smooths. My only complaint is that light purple and brown are apparently the same color so now I have two of the exact same shapewear but the piece works so well that I'm really not mad.

I usually get great products. However I received a product the full body firm control shapewear. The area in the croch area tore very quickly. I paid full price for this product. Over a hundred dollars. I was disappointed

Finally got hold of a live agent and she assured me she would change my size ( she did) but the invoice was still saying the wrong size.
So it left me uncertain on what product size I was getting.
