My order was shipped to in a timely manner but it was too big so I had to return it back and the return/exchange was very easy and my exchange went out very fast. However, it would have been an even better process if it was a free return since I had to pay for shipping initially. But about the product itself, it is a good of materials and it was. Made to last. For a long time.
