Slow shipping. Shipped one week after order placed. One week after I get shipping confirmation email still no parts and a tracking number that comes up as invalid. Way to go SFX. When parts did arrive they were something I could have made myself with some sheet metal. Had to modify to work properly on my vehicle.
Total price was different than what was listed on web sight. This was not made aware to me until after I finished my order and paid. The reason given was limited quantity, the price should be reflected on you web-sight.

I am very happy with my new headers! My tech said it was a great kit, very good quality! It did not fit perfectly around one of the motor mounts on the right side of the engine. But he made it work. (04 Ram **** Hemi).
Misrepresentation on website. Website said price was for a pair and only received one. When I called I was told that it was incorrect and basically nothing could be done other than returning the product for full refund. I feel that you should stand behind what your website says even if it is incorrect and then correct the website.

This is my first time using your site and my needs were specific. I wanted a black Chevy bow tie to fit my 2012 Impala. I placed the order on July 17th. On July 25th, my order still reflected no activity. I called customer service and he let me know they were waiting on one of the two bow ties I had ordered because they were out of stock. Stock should have been reflected on the website when I placed the order or I should have at least received an email regarding the status of my order. I got nothing. My parts finally showed up on August 5th and I am happy with the way they look, it was just a hassle to go through all that.
Finding the item was easy and at a reasonable price but took 3 1/2 weeks to ship I had to call twice to find out why because they failed to inform me that they did not have my item in stock and had to order it.still waiting to inspect the item
Helped with finding different product when 1st one was found no longer available,very considerate. When e mailed tracking number, e mailed incorrect one. When attempted to contact about correct tracking number I called about a dozen times and no one answered the phone other than a answering machine.
I order my part 2 weeks ago. Was expecting to arrive this week called to have it tracked and was told it was not even sent yet. Was not told 2 weeks ago when I talked to the shippers that you had no stock and had to make a new part and I would have to wait another week for my part or I would of cancelled my order and ordered from somewhere else. This the second time you guys have done this to me so in the future I will not order part from you and tell people I know to do the same.
The tracking on my order is terrible. It would be nice to be updated as to where my parts are at. The email said the order number was dynamic and would change. Even after getting the product, it still said on order from manufacturer.
Poor communication when an item is on back order. Shipping did not notify me that the item that I purchased was on back nor did they notify me when the item was shipped out. Items ordered took approximately 6 weeks to recieve them.
Your mobile version of the site is garbage it doesn't fully come up and gets cut off where it shouldn't.
Very easy transaction, part came quickly and was packed properly. I would definitely recommend SFX to other buyers and use it again myself. I was turned on to the website by a friend of mine based on his experience that he had dealing with SFX. We are both happy buyers.
Paid a little more than 1/3 of this cost for the 2005 model elsewhere, so is definitely over-priced. The back order and holidays delayed reception for a few weeks, but was received in tact and undamaged. Thanks

Pretty damn good & simple. I like that! The only issue that I had with these Replacement Hinges is that there cheaply made.The plates are way to big & not square.The plastic nuts are easily cross threaded & easy to take off.Not a good thing if you want the Louver to not walk away with someone else.Locking nuts would be better.Hinges work great.It's just the plates themselves are the biggest issue.Will make future transactions again!
For this oil cooler, you guys had the best price I could find. However, I wanted a temperature gauge for my transmission, and you guys had the highest prices I'd seen for gauges. I'm sure they are nice, but carrying some cheaper gauges for the average Joe might make some folks more likely to shop from you. However, I understand the niche market thing, so if you're only into the high-end stuff, more power to you. That's cool, too. Thanks guys.
Ordered 2 parts. Fast delivery and great pricing. Contacted customer service for return. Nothing wrong with the one part just didn't need it. The gentlemen I spoke with were awesome. Now it a week later and nobody has gotten back with me with return # or an email. What the heck.
I have looked for the last five months for center caps exactly like these, but were until now unable to locate them. I received them within 3 business days and they fit perfect, I mean an exact fit. I will for a surety be ordering from SFX in the future. They can expect that!
Shipping was a little steep but I've been having a lot of trouble finding the right lug nuts for my wheels and center caps and the price is very reasonable. So far I'm pretty happy with everything.
