You didn't have my spigot rings in stock and I had to wait like 2 weeks for them, when i finally got them they weren't as advertised, they ended up being hub rings with the flare on them. Not what i ordered

Easy, but I reserve my rating after the delivery./// To place an order was easy enough. But I did have to contact sales dept. for shipping cost, even the web said that I'll be contacted by you. This and following e-mails back and fort resulted in delay of four days. Normally, in my experience with online shopping this is done much faster. That's why I've lowered the rating little.

The USPS is not your friend the shipment took 2 days to leave Texas, which is probably normal, but 4 days to leave the Rochester NY mail center to reach my town P. O. then me, a distance of about 10 miles.

talk to a rep that went above and beyond, he looked up the install kit from fab tech and then read the install instructions to find the correct part number we needed, wish I could get his name, he did a wonderful job, thanks for hiring great people that care, I called procomp and they didn't want to hardly give me the time of day.
Ordering is good the return shipping if have wrong part we will find out how well to work with but all good so far.
Placed order online for wheel center caps on a Sunday, it is over 2 weeks anstill have not received the order. Im ok with that. However what bothers me is I called the Friday after and they told me it shipped. I did not receive the order so 4 days later I called again to follow up. The cs rep told me they just got them in and they were going out that day, still a few days later the usps tracking info says "label created" but has not shipped! I hate being lied to and horrible cs hence the low rating.
Quite possibly the easiest and least frustrating site I have ever used for ordering parts so it' goes without saying that I will definitely be ordering much more here in the near future

I found the same product for $50 + $6 shipping after placing my order.
For this oil cooler, you guys had the best price I could find. However, I wanted a temperature gauge for my transmission, and you guys had the highest prices I'd seen for gauges. I'm sure they are nice, but carrying some cheaper gauges for the average Joe might make some folks more likely to shop from you. However, I understand the niche market thing, so if you're only into the high-end stuff, more power to you. That's cool, too. Thanks guys.

Wanted to order head light covers online that other major auto parts retailers told me they could not get as it was "discontinued" according to their records. I called SFX Performance asked them if they could get the part I wanted, he assured me that he could, even though it wasn't on the shelf it would be shipped via manufacturer direct. I received my package within 3 weeks from ordering. Excellent customer service!

IT was easy for me to find the part I was looking for in the catalog, a quick call to your shop confirmed the proper dimensions I needed and that one was sitting on the shelf ready to go. i asked that shipping & price match questions be addressed before my order was finalized but after calling to inquire 2 days after initiating the order I instead found out that my order had shipped before i even got an email receipt acknowledging that my order had been placed.
