Online ordering was quick and easy. Website is easy to navigate through and find what one is looking for.

It takes a long time to receive the product. It took a LONG time to receive the small plastic cap for the Fuel Hostage rim since it was ordered from FUEL and not in stock.

Ordering and finding the part I needed was fast and easy but the quality of the product was poor and resolving the matter was less thaN adequate
