Good customer service, my only issue was they need to update their website when items are out of stock or in stock. In my case I needed a part for a job, as a second job I do body repair on people's vehicles in my custom garage. So just like regular body shops I try to do things in a timely manner and do my best to meet deadlines. So the only reason I didn't rate these guys 5 stars was I order a item that was listed in stock for customer and it was a finishing piece (emblem) to be exact. Anyhow I placed my order and as it states on the site if in stock you can expect your order to ship within 24 to 48 hours! Which is a great thing for guys like me who order from different sites based on what the customer wants and the best prices I can get which speaks for their prices and that Appeal about the speedy processing to get items out the door! So to be safe I told my customer 5 days and I'll have it finished. Well to my surprise the item turned out not to be in stock which I didn't find out for over a week, so they had to place an order to the manufacturer to get more in well let's just say it took almost 3 weeks to finally received the item, while I had to do damage control on my end with my customer the part was in perfect shape and easily was applied to the truck for the final touch! So would I order for these guys again? The answer is yes while the experience wasn't that great they responded to every message I sent, and when they did get the item in, they got it to me fast! So I appreciated that. I would just call next time before ordering online to make sure the status of in stock is correct if your in a business.
