I have ordered three tickets to the game between Chelsea vs Watford a few days ago. We paid everything and we spoke to the costumer service about the delivery and everything was set to arrive and very clear. But unfortunately we finally could't fly to UK and I spoke to the person in charge. They've understood the situation and very politely, offered to refund the money back, so I can say they are actual people and I can't say anything wrong about them. Great service, 10/10.
I ordered 4 tickets for the match in Malaga, and to be honest I was a bit scared because I ordered them with only 4 days notice. But thankfully I got my tickets to the hotel 2 days before the match, so it was perfect. The seats were amazing and the tickets were for the Villarreal side, so it worked pretty well for me. The whole experience was perfect!
My wife and I were travelling to Milan in our honeymoon, and we decided to go to the opera. For her, it was like a dream come true. I purchased the tickets with 2 days notice as a surprise and I got the e-ticket very fast, luckily. It was so easy and very safe to buy. A very good deal. The Teatro della Scala is an amazing building and The Sleeping Beauty, a must see. Highly recommend it!

Awful service... Ordered tickets weeks in advance... Contacted them multiple times via email. No customer service, no working phones, and suprise suprise no tickets and a 300 dollar bill on my credit card. This site is a complete and total scam! Be warned and buyer beware

I had purchase 2 tickets for $272 for the La Liga match between FC Barcelona and Valencia CF, scheduled for April 19,2015. The tickets never arrived at the address I had provided, and a few days before the game they said they'll send electronic copies which never arrived either. I have been contacting them for the last 3 weeks and they have not responded. Do not buy anything from them, it's a highly unreliable dealer.
We purchased tickets in December for Barcelona v Real Madrid. There is no communication and rip off. They send supposed e-tickets too late to enter the game. RIP OFF. DO NOT USE.

I purchased three tickets for Barcelona v Real Madrid in October 2014 for match this coming weekend March 2015. Yesterday I had an email stating that tickets would be delayed and possibly not arriving until late on Sunday. I then received an email this morning cancelling the order stating that they did not get their supply of tickets (as another buyer). I too suspect that they have got the tickets but have obtained a higher price for these. I have paid for hotel and flights for my son's 21st birthday present - he is devastated. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - tell all your friends - they ruin people's lives who genuinely look forward to these type of events!
Ordered tickets for arsenal v borussia dortmund game and have been unable to contact anyone via phone or email, still have not received tickets or reply. Is this normal for this company if so beware. I didnt read the reviews until after bought tickets it seems that they sell tickets that they havent got.
