I traveled to Brazil with my husband for our honeymoon, my husband is big fan of Germany football team i decided to surprise him with Tickets for Germany in the group stage, i found Serv Tickets site in google i called to the sales department and they were very polite, the tickets arrived just in time, and we received amazing seats, Germany won 4:0 and my husband was so happy.

Well I thought it was a problem at first seen as I bought 2 tickets to the World Cup game and 4 days till match day no sign!. Until I got a phone call to say my tickets were at my hotel and I had been upgraded to Vip tickets! Which made my girlfriends 50th birthday present and first ever visit to her beloved Brazil even more special! Thanks a million guys!
TOTAL SCAM! Lost $1200. 00 on World Cup Tickets not ever showing up and have no response about getting a refund. Have reported them to the FBI. You can too if you get scammed.

Absolute scam. I bought 4 tickets for the world cup from these guys and nothing tuned up. They were in constant contact and seemed legit but nothing. Its a scam and someone needs to take these guys down. Ruined our world cup.

This is a warning - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! IT'S A SCAM!
I ordered 2 tickets for a match between FC Barcelona and Atelitco Madrid, I paid for the tickets 2 months in advance.
Later on, it was found out that this match can decide the championship team (whi9ch means that it's now worth a lot more money).
A week before the game they called to cancel my tickets due to the "supplier let them down" and that they have to cancel my order.
I can only guess that they (or their supplier) are looking to sell it more expensively.
I planed my entire trip around this game, including flights and hotel, wthich I cannot cancel without losing my money.
The rep. That spoke with me over the phone promised that his manager would contact me, but no one tried to call me (they have my phone & email).
Furthermore, I called them again myself, gave the customer service rep. My order number and he hung up the phone (no one answers there now).
A decent company should be able to get you tickets in alternative ways when such things happen (from other suppliers).
You get the idea.
Hopefully this review will prevent others from making the same mistake that I made.
