Hello, I am contacting you regarding tickets I had purchased for a match between FC Barcelona and Valencia which took place on April 20, 2015 (Order # 324821). My tickets were ordered on March 21 and I never received a copy of the tickets at the designated address. Your company had informed me that the tickets would then be sent electronically. As I never received the tickets but that never happened either. I request a full refund on my order, as was stated in your terms and conditions. Please let me know when this will be completed, as soon as possible. Regards, Kanishka
