I love Serenata Flowers! They have the most beautiful flowers for any occasion. Whenever I order from them, the flowers arrive right on schedule and in perfect shape. They look exactly like the photos on their website, which is fantastic! It's always a relief when what you get matches what you expect. The best part is that they give you care instructions, and if you follow them, the flowers can brighten up your space for a really long time. I had my flowers for nearly two weeks, and they still looked fresh and vibrant.

The bouquet that arrived for my aunt's wake was extremely disappointing - no comparison to the online photograph. The reply I received after complaining was equally lacking and disappointing. Serenata florist's is a money-making racket with no heart and I will never use them again.

Got on an email on the day delivery was due saying that the flowers had been delivered. Unfortunately, they hadn't and only turned up the day after my friend's birthday. She said they were lovely but, to be fair, I know her and she would say they were whether they were or not! I'm disappointed they didn't turn up on the right day. I have to say though that when I complained they answered the complaint straightaway and have refunded 15% of the cost.
I know the flowers arrive in bud form but when they are open there is no way they will look like the picture on the internet for which I was lead into a false pretence when ordering these flowers
These are the worst flowers I have ever ordered on the internet, I suppose that is what happens when you decide to give another company a go
I ordered flowers for a funeral. Paid extra for next day delivery. I dont know where they left them as they were not there when i attended the funeral. Everyone elses (from different company's) were there. Maybe they have never delivered to a crematorium, before.
I ordered flowers, a card and chocolates for a birthday present, no chocolates arrived and when I queried it they said they would refund me, I asked them to send the chocolates out, I didn't want a refund but they refused saying they only send add ons with a main order. They had my main order and messed it up so they should've rectified it. No chance, the email more or less said like it or lump it.
Considering how much these cost, I think I would have got much better value purchasing from a supermarket! Very few flowers in bunch and most already looked a little past their best. Very disappointing :(

The flowers sent was atrocious short changed on this bunch nothing in comparison described on the brochure disappointed and angry.
Not happy the flowers WHEN they arrived(8.30pm), for my elderly aunts 90th birthday, were just not what we expected.The bouquet was mostly full of white carnations not very colourful to brighten up her day! Sadly she suffers from pancreatic cancer and remarkably held on to celebrate her 90th so when they did arrive she was in bed sleeping. Very angry!
Ordered white flowers for specific reason but recieved yellow. When I contacted serenata they needed a picture unfortunately the flowers were sent to my elderly mother who lives some distance from me. She does not use a computer nor able to send pictures via a phone. The company stated the picture had to be sent via a computer or tablet as would not be accepted via a phone. Serenata were no help and no apology for the error was given. I will not use the serenata again.
Serenata weren't able to deliver my order - not their fault necessarily - but it wasn't clear what could happen next apart from a card being dropped through the recipient's door. There's no way of tracking what's happened (click on 'track my order' and on the website it just says 'failed delivery' which is no help at all), it's all very confusing.

'The roses were beautifully presented... but,... and I hesitate to tell you this, they seemed to have been damaged by the cold.The edges of their outer petals were slightly blackened and curled. Such a pity. I wonder if they were left out overnight somewhere.'
We wont use Serenata Flowers again, if they could have just replaced the roses, it would have been something.
Ordered flowers for my mom's birthday and was guaranteed next day delivery, however the flowers didn't arrive until late in the evening the day after. Apparently the courier had made a mistake and sent them to the wrong sorting office. They were apologetic when I complained and offered 15% refund, so that's something but my mom was very disappointed and really the point was for it to arrive on her birthday
Compared to other flowers I ordered for my own mother these were very underwhelming and late. Would not recommend as kids were in bed when they arrived really late.
When I saw the flowers next to the grave I was very saddened to see how bashed they looked. There was 2 petals left of one rose and rips and petals missing from other roses. There seemed to be far too much greenery compared to the picture online and I was informed by the funeral directors that the box had arrived all crushed.
My best friend deserved the best and this was not acceptable. I did take pictures of the flowers and I have tried uploading them onto the serenata contact sheet and it failed. I will be trying again until I get answers.

The delivery was great, came within the 12 hour time slot. The disappointing moment was the end product, the flowers were damaged along with packaging. They were delivered in a box, this probably did not help as it seemed to be what damages the flowers.
Overall this was a disappointing experience, I will not be ordering through Serenata again.
Ordered flowers for delivery to local hospital. Flowers were refused by hospital. If this is guidelines I would have expected this florist to know this and ask for alternative address before refusal.
When asked if delivery could be delayed till patient came home I was told that they could not guarantee flowers would last. Disappointed that consideration was not given to this request. When flowers were delivered three days later they were tired, still in box dated three days previous and I was then sent an email to say they had been delivered to hospital which was again incorrect.
I have booked flowers for my friend on Sunday to request delivery for Tuesday because they where celebrating wedding anniversary. Enough time to make arrangements to make sure that you will deliver custome service as promised. I was shocked when I called to say "happy anniversary, did you like the flower i have send"my friends answer was what flowers. She got her flowers next day left at neighbours.
I dont know whether to laugh or cry but this was a lesson learned for me. My wife was embarrassed by the pitiful flower display and did her best to hide her disappointment. This was, at best, some garage forecourt flowers with a nice presentation box. Needless to say they got popped into a vase and hidden out of sight from everyone. Such a shame but I guess you get cheap when you try to save money. I will, in future, pay a few £££ more and have that guaranteed wow factor that a gift of flowers give.
Flowers arrived on time and were well packaged, the delivery person was OK but not super friendly ('sign here' was his only remark). The bouquet looked lovely and wife really appreciated my gesture, but some of the roses included were well past their best and already starting to go brown, which left me feeling a little disappointed - so probably won't use again.
The bunch I ordered looked nothing like the pics on the website. Less than half the flowers shown and mostly filler leaves. Disappointing and will never order from these jokers again. Delivery turn around was quick and on time. So... disappointment was punctual?
