I love Serenata Flowers! They have the most beautiful flowers for any occasion. Whenever I order from them, the flowers arrive right on schedule and in perfect shape. They look exactly like the photos on their website, which is fantastic! It's always a relief when what you get matches what you expect. The best part is that they give you care instructions, and if you follow them, the flowers can brighten up your space for a really long time. I had my flowers for nearly two weeks, and they still looked fresh and vibrant.
My son bought me these for mother's day and appalled when he'd told me he spent £60 on them. They looked nothing like the website picture, a handful of half dead wildflowers in a jam jar! Disgrace. Avoid this company at all costs!
I arranged for a bouquet to be delivered to my wife for our Silver Wedding Anniversary on Oct 3rd.
They were beautiful to begin with but have since deteriorated quickly within 3 days of delivery - petals going brown and curling up - in spite of being cared for correctly.
A bit disappointed as was hoping they would last up to a week and that the closed blooms would open up.
Left at my mum's front door even though instructions to leave them with a neighbour, also my mum said brown dead leaves on flowers which didn't look too fresh, I have had flowers off this company before and have never had a complaint, maybe they just couldn't handle the volume on mother's day
Delivery was fine but sadly the bouquet was spoilt by a white rose that was going brown around the edges. This rose should not have been included as for me it completely spoilt the bouquet which I'd bought for a friend who had recently suffered a loss.
I couldn't remove the rose without leaving a gap so it was with some embarrassment that I handed the bouquet to my friend.

My Aunt had a fall on the day before her flowers were due to be delivered so was no longer at the address provided. Unfortunately because i was unable to give over 24hr notice the delivery and message could not be amended or cancelled. The flowers were delivered and consequently died. I was so disappointed and will be unlikely to use Serenata flowers again.
The online ordering was an easy process, especially since I am in the USA, and they were delivered for my mum's birthday on time. Mum was pleased with them, but I feel there was way too much greenery and not enough flowers (she showed them to me as we were facetiming.) They didn't look like they did on the internet. IMO too much money for what I actually got. I ordered Scarlett Pimpernel which look beautiful online, but not what my mum got.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my Mum for Mothers' Day. I knew it would be busy that weekend so I asked for delivery on the Friday, giving the instruction to leave the bouquet at the rear if no-one was at home. The flowers were lovely and they delivered them on the chosen date but no-one was at home. Instead of leaving at the rear door (where my Mum and Dad go in and out of the house) they just left them outside the hardly-ever-used front door without even a note through the letter box to say they were there. The flowers were not discovered until 2 days later...
I placed my order two days ahead of when I wanted delivery. The flowers were intended for a friend's very special occasion: her art show at a gallery. They arrived FOUR days late, after the show ended, when she very luckily was there packing up paintings into her car. I had been in touch with the service center several times and got no satisfactory answers. I was told I had requested 48 hour delivery--which I had not--but if I had it would have arrived on the requested date anyway. There was no one to talk to about this. It was a totally frustrating experience. I would not use this service again. I am giving 3 stars out of fairness because the flowers were beautiful.
I thought yhe service was good and the site easy to use, I was slightly disappointed when my friend sent photos of the flowers on the day they were delivered, the roses already had Brown outer leaves and were well opened. The website states that the flowers would be in bud. I felt the roses looked already past their best.

Ordered roses for Valentine's day needed to change address due to illness two days before unable to do so. You can't speak to customer services all done via email. I have used them several times before and being very happy won't be using them again
Sent flowers to my mum for her birthday. They arrived on time but sadly not in good condition. One of the flowers completely snapped and could not be saved. No flower food sachet included even though it said there was one.
I ordered a bunch of flowers for my Gran's 80th birthday. I can not fault the correspondence from Serenataflowers. However, I had a call from my Gran to tell me the vase we had ordered was broken. I sent an email straight away and within an hour the problem was resolved. As for the flowers, they were beautiful. I will use again.
Flowers looked fresh and in good condition. Ordered 22 stems and I think that this must have included the foliage as there was a lot less in the bunch. Photo shows pink Lily's that we're missing from the bunch but do not seem to have been replaced with another flower if out of stock. Very resonably priced which (on this occasion) was reflected in the product.
Purchased the ivy plant in a birdcage. Recipient was very pleased with it, but I did feel I was taking a leap of faith buying it as there were no measurements, or details about what it was made from. Got it at a discount, definitely would NOT have bought it at full price!

Spoilt by the YODEL delivery driver who knocked the door, left the package on the door step in the rain and left within 10 seconds, could not be bothered to get a signature.

Used site for a second time as I was very pleased the first time. Ordered two bouquets to be delivered the following day. One was delivered on time but the second one was not delivered until the day after, even though it said on tracking that the flowers were with the delivery firm the day before. Not sure what they had done with them.
Flowers lovely, delivery driver made no attempt to deliver to the door and was leaving them behind the wheelie bin. When I emailed Serenta about this they replied it is at the drivers discretion where the delivery is left and to read the T&C. I don't consider knocking at a front door anything out of the ordinary do you?
Not pleased! Ordered a Premium Bouquet for a Diamond Anniversary - the roses had brown edges and not sure if theyll last more than a few days!
I ordered some Blue Dendrobiums for my fiancé for Valentine's day. They arrived promptly, and although no damage to the packing box, a few of the petals were a bit battered, I suspect due to the fact there was nothing to prevent the bouquet from sliding around in the spacious box. Each stem had a vile of water attached so the flowers were well nourished during transit. However, the flowers, which were stunning, were disappointingly wrapped. Clear cellophane, which is great, but then nothing other than a miniscule pale pink ribbon bow as big as my thumb nail stuck on the front! Frankly, it looked naff! A good sized, elegant, floral trim around the stem would have set the flowers off beautifull. To me, the bouquet looked unfinished which is a real shame. More attention to detail required! Someone needs to get their creative juices flowing!
But i sent them to a friend who lost her husband. I don't want to phone to see if she got them or if they were nice. She has enough going on to get in touch with me.

Order delayed by a day due to poor weather which is acceptable, however a text message or email to report this would have been helpful rather than me emailing at 9pm to ask for status. I also ordered a Happy Birthday chocolate bar to go along with the flowers however what was delivered was 'Best Mum in the World' choc bar. Whilst this caused quite a bit of laughter with my sister-in-law, I was a tad embarrassed about this mistake. My order did specify Happy Birthday choc bar. Saying that, the flowers looked beautiful from the picture my sister in law sent. I will not be in a hurry to order from this company in the future.
Flowers delivered 2 days ago and saw them for the first time today. Lilies great but roses brown on the edges which was somewhat disappointing. This was an important delivery but not one that was anything like as good as any of the previous orders. Sad as this was for my daughter who had just given birth.

It would have stayed there over night if I wanted to surprise her... LEAVE AT DOORSTEP was the instruction I left for delivery, I hope you can add an option to instruct knocking the door first, then do whatever (leave in the shed/ at the back/ at the door step). I have given a three star rating based on good feedback in the past. However, my mother-in-laws yellow rose bouquet for Mothering Sunday has been very very disappointing. The rose buds have not opened and the display is over already.
I have had several deliveries of flowers from you to various people - but the special one was Friday 15th June to m7y wife - it was our 45thwedding anniversary - I(t6 was sent Meadowview Nursing Home where my is because of dementia. I was disappointed with the quality and quantity of the flowers for this very special occasion - some were drooping by miday!
Ordered funeral flowers to be delivered to undertaker. The flowers were lovely but the sympathy card with message that I paid extra for was forgotten and this caused distress and disappointment.
