“Lovely Flowers for All Occasions”

I love Serenata Flowers! They have the most beautiful flowers for any occasion. Whenever I order from them, the flowers arrive right on schedule and in perfect shape. They look exactly like the photos on their website, which is fantastic! It's always a relief when what you get matches what you expect. The best part is that they give you care instructions, and if you follow them, the flowers can brighten up your space for a really long time. I had my flowers for nearly two weeks, and they still looked fresh and vibrant.

My son bought me these for mother's day and appalled when he'd told me he spent £60 on them. They looked nothing like the website picture, a handful of half dead wildflowers in a jam jar! Disgrace. Avoid this company at all costs!

The bouquet that arrived for my aunt's wake was extremely disappointing - no comparison to the online photograph. The reply I received after complaining was equally lacking and disappointing. Serenata florist's is a money-making racket with no heart and I will never use them again.
How do I attach a photo of what I ordered and what was actually received?

Got on an email on the day delivery was due saying that the flowers had been delivered. Unfortunately, they hadn't and only turned up the day after my friend's birthday. She said they were lovely but, to be fair, I know her and she would say they were whether they were or not! I'm disappointed they didn't turn up on the right day. I have to say though that when I complained they answered the complaint straightaway and have refunded 15% of the cost.

Flowers arrived in the afternoon for Valentine's day. Some of the blooms and leaves were wilted and brown. Not good! I will NOT use Serenata again.

I know the flowers arrive in bud form but when they are open there is no way they will look like the picture on the internet for which I was lead into a false pretence when ordering these flowers
These are the worst flowers I have ever ordered on the internet, I suppose that is what happens when you decide to give another company a go

When I saw the flowers next to the grave I was very saddened to see how bashed they looked. There was 2 petals left of one rose and rips and petals missing from other roses. There seemed to be far too much greenery compared to the picture online and I was informed by the funeral directors that the box had arrived all crushed.
My best friend deserved the best and this was not acceptable. I did take pictures of the flowers and I have tried uploading them onto the serenata contact sheet and it failed. I will be trying again until I get answers.

Flowers ordered for Mother's birthday so I arranged for delivery on a specific day. They did not arrive. I was told delivery was attempted and a card left but this was not true. My Mum was home all day and listening for the doorbell which did not ring and no card received. They did arrive the following morning but I was very very disappointed with the service. Also the response when I raised this with Seranata was not satisfactory. Unlikely I will use them again.

The courier did not handle the flower in the box very carefully, the box has been slammed so the flower inside a bit crushed, some of white roses are almost dead.
More leafs than flowers and it cost almost over £45 very disappointing for the first time order. Regret to order 3 bouquet of flowers with the vase.

Whilst the price seemed and online pictures looked good the end product wasn't up to expectations. Most of the roses outer petals were brown and some of the other flowers were missing petals / leaves. The overall content wasn't as anticipated either. I have used this company (SerenataFlowers) before and despite good communication I'm not sure I would again. In addition, despite requesting they be delivered and left at back door as we'd be out they were left on the front doorstep. Fortunately they were still there on our return.

Very good service. Kept me well informed throughout the day. However the flowers were a great disappointment. They looked nothing like the photo that I ordered from and not the bouquet I expected.

I purchased some flowers for my mum as a birthday gift for her, when they arrived the box that they come in was all damaged and ripped, when she took the flowers out of the box they were all damaged, heads had fell off and some of them had already died, so unhappy as I paid £30.00 will not us these again.

Beautiful fragranced flowers, lovely selection, but very small. I ordered the largest size (called grandissimo I think). Hard to imagine how it could have been made smaller, so very disappointed in amount of flowers received for £41.

My flowers arrived very late, the driver had a van breakdown! Ahem! I had ordered them for myself to cheer me up, (I lost my husband recently) and I've been in lockdown, Well they looked as if they had been kicked from pillar to post, battered, bruised and flat, not a good start, And the bouquet only had three roses instead of the six depicted! They are now in water after following the instructions to the letter! We'll see what happens, but really not impressed!

I have ordered 5 or 6 times from Serenata Flowers and they used to be very reliable with their deliveries. However with the last 3 orders, I went with the same day delivery service, however they have failed to deliver on time for each occasion (deliveries arriving up to 4 days later in one instance). My latest order is still in limbo, currently 2 days late from date of ordering for same day delivery.

The customer service is prompt to respond via the 'Contact Us' option, however I have never felt this has actually resolved an issue to satisfaction, instead just providing lip service to the effect of "the recipient will get the flowers eventually, be patient".

Once the flowers do arrive, they do appear to be of good quality and the recipient has always been pleased. Only on one occasion was the quality lacking, however in fairness I had ordered something quite unusual that I'm not sure is regularly available in my area.

Once my current order is finally resolved and complete, that will be my last order with Serenata. Too many unsatisfactory orders have marred the whole experience and I will look to either a rival online ordering company or a local florist that can actually be trusted to meet expectations.

Flowers came in a box and looked horrible. I would rather have gone to a local Grocery and purchased flowers. They were overpriced and were not well presented. I was disappointed. If I knew they were going to be like this wouldn't have bothered, especially for the price. Never again.

You delivered to wrong address so my Mum didn't get the flowers on her Birthday. Luckily the person who got them brought round the next day.
Got an apology and £3 refund

Good communicaton by email about delivery, however, I received an email to say unsuccessful delivery then my mum txted to say Thankyou and it turns out they were just left outside her front door! No balloon as I had ordered either! Wont be using serenta again

This is the third time ordering from Serenata and based on my first two experiences would have rated them highly. However no. 3 is still touring Scotland! I ordered on 28th for next day delivery informed next day that delivery would be set back one day. Now 1st July and informed delivery will be 2nd July. I await confirmation of delivery with interest.

My friend did receive her flowers and thought they were beautiful. But I had tried to cancel the order due to my friend having cancer and was taken ill with high temperature and was rushed into hospital while she was away for the weekend from her home. Wasn't very impressed that nothing could be done to stop the order.

One item ordered not delivered. Did not offer redelivery but only money refund.No apology or reason offered. Very poor customer service

The Flowers were good but despite ordering them two days before the anniversary date, they did not arrive on the required day. We were warned by an email from Serenata who passed the buck by blaming the courier and that was it. Would not use again if date was important.

Ordered flowers on Saturday inside deadline for same day delivery and paid extra.
Received confirmation order received and would be delivered that day.
Heard nothing and chased on Saturday evening and had no response.
Received email on Sunday saying their partner couldnt deliver and although website says 7 days they couldnt deliver Sunday either. This was a copy of a message which was supposed to have been sent on Saturday but I never received.
Offered me either upgrade on flowers or cancel.
I had chosen already an upgrade when I ordered so cancelled.
Poor communication until point I complained. Not possible to speak to anyone on the phone.
May have been unlucky as reviews seemed good when I checked but wouldnt use again based on this experience.
Guess they rely on local florist who may not treat as priority. In future I will simply call the local florist as they will speak on the phone.
Waiting to see if money refunded.

I had flowers sent to my mother in law for her anniversary as I live in Australia thought it would be nice to have a local shop deliver.
Delivery was great But the flowers only lasted a day

Flowers for my Mum looked NOTHING like the picture. There were more leafy green stems than flower stems. Poorly executed arrangement. Wont be using this service again.
