Thank you for a beautiful arrangement bouquet for my mums birthday. She was overwhelmed. It was ordered last minute as we had been let down else where, within 2 hours it was delivered. And it most definitely worth every penny. Thank you

Ordered flowers for my late mum's birthday (the first without her). I placed the order the day before and they arrived promptly. They were well packaged and fresh on arrival, would recommend and have no hesitation to use again.
Flowers were ordered, should have been delivered the next day, but were not. No communication to say why they had not been delivered. Delivered the day after they were due with a £3. Refund. Still no apology or explanation as to why they were not delivered on the set date. Incredibly poor service in my opinion and would not use again. £3 refund does not do justice when they were order d for a specific reason!

I ordered flowers for next day delivery. It got to the evening and I'd heard nothing from the person I'd bought them for so I text her and she'd not got them! I then emailed the company who the following day said that they hadn't had time to deliver them so they were going a day late, by which point the surprise was spoilt! They offered me a 15% discount, I think 50% would have been more appropriate. Also the flowers were much smaller than the photo online. Very disappointing!
I didnt see the flowers in person but I received a picture and they were absolutely stunning. I sent them as a 70th birthday gift and they didnt disappoint. Would definitely recommend and use florist again.

I requested flowers for my cousin whose husband had just passed away. We live over two hundred miles apart and I was unable to be with her so I thought flowers would show how much I cared. The flowers were delivered the following day, Serenata treated me with the utmost dignity and kept me informed of the delivery. My cousin said that the flowers were beautiful, I really wasn't expecting her to thank me as I knew she would be very upset at losing her husband of over 50 years, but she did send me a lovely e-mail expressing her thanks and telling me how beautiful her flowers were. Bought flowers for wedding anniversary 3 days later there dead, Lilly's not even flowered just fell off, wouldn't use again
Flowers arrived two days late, and have nothing but an online e-mail service to deal with issues, replying with purely scripted answers that solved absolutely nothing. The flowers, once they finally arrived, were not fresh at all. They were brown and looked poor quality, and the next day the petals were already all falling off. Oh, and the card was missing, so there was just a stick in the bunch.
Still trying to get a refund, but not holding my breath. Please buy a cheap bouquet from a petrol station, as they'll be a better present.

According to my elderly aunt, even the delivery man was a true gentleman... highly delighted with Serenata, will definitely use again and again if this is anything to go by!
