Until you place the order, they would act as highly professionals and respond to your queries within seconds. Once you place the order they don't reply to your texts and calls. Its an open scam.

I ordered a fondant cake for my grandmother on her 84th birthday. It arrived a day later. The contact person apologized for the same. Cake was tasty and delicious. I ordered blackforest + mixed fruit but I found only blackforest (cherry filling) inside cake.
Only thing that bothered me is late delivery and face of fondant is very poorly made and does not match with catalogue image. You can see as I uploaded the original and the one that was delivered to me.
Contact person was also not available on the exact day of delivery.

Kindly share a screenshot once you make the payment, the whatsapp message from said (*******987) for a delivery on 3.8.23. Nothing was delivered. Now they don't even answer the phone or reply to my message. The business is fraudulent.

My order no. ******* which has already been paid on 28/12 & expected delivery was on 30/12/2020 has not yet been delivered. The complaints too are not being attended nor is their phone answered. No update at all. Looks like a fake site.
