Awesome and understanding. You made me take the bold step by given me great deal. I'm really happy that you recommended the selection of current bestsellers instead of just regular products from the catalog. I even checked what's trending online and can see that some of the products are indeed super-hot! Of course, I couldn't go through all 1,000, but I can see for myself that the products are useful and interesting. You guys are the best.

I do not recommend anyone use this platform. I have been building an E-Commerce business for over 2 years and I was finally accepted to sell at Walmart.com marketplace and that is what I concentrated on. They are very strict with their policies so any cancelled orders or late shipping are strikes against you. Well, that is what happened with Sellvia. They would take my orders only to cancel them saying out of stock or they would not ship on time. The other day Walmart shut me down for too many strikes against me. 2 years and thousands of dollars later, my business failed. I contacted Sellvia and they said they were changing warehouses and it would not happen again. At this point I was still able to sell at Walmart, then the next 3 out of five orders were canceled by them due to being out of stock. Why would they take my order and then cancel it? Long story short, Walmart shut me down and I lost my business and I am now looking for a job. There are better drop shippers out there. I filed a complaint with BBB and requested a refund for all the money I paid them and all I got was an apology. Thanks for nothing Sellvia.

Everyone has been very responsive and helpful. I have received responses from several technicians. There is much to learn and they are making it a bit easier. Only do wish there was some live phone support.Regarding the complaints I sometimes find online, I want to say that no product suits everyone. Unfortunately, that's true. I tried Shopify myself and realized that it's a worthy platform, but too complex for me because you have to do a lot yourself. So, my goal was to have additional income that would help me to save money for college. I didn't want to get into debt, because college is a risky business. Me and my husband decided to start an online business because it doesn't require big investments. Sellvia seemed more reliable than other similar services. Our personal manager seemed really nice and professional, so we decided to risk. Sales are doing good by far. I just that it will continue this way.

The whole interactive experience via Zoom conferencing was very pleasant. The session started on time (reminder through email was sent half an hour earlier as per my request). High Ticket Stores' details were elaborated in a simple manner that makes it easy to appreciate. Worst experience ever

I created a store since more than a year a copy of what was supposed to be a successful business, I ended up with 2 sales only, without support, and whenever I ask for support they offer new services to keep you paying for more and more services without after sale customer support. An honest advise stay away from them

Good experience with them

Just want to give a quick reminder that if your sales are something like 1000$ or 2000$ during the first year it's still good. Don't rush, the process requires some time and consistency. And do the research for trending products yourself. You need to know what products are in demand and what people are looking for. With that plus Sellvia handling all the marketing and tech stuff, you should be just fine. Had a really good experience with them so I would totally recommend it.

DON'T do business with this company. I signed up in April '23, its Dec '23 and have ZERO to show for it. They're supposed to help & set you up for success & instead leave you going in circles while they keep your money.

A part of the program is giving full access to your Amazon account so they can add to your "store" but after 9 months and 2 sales I've just been deactivated for creating a second account even though it wasn't me. Who else would have been on my account to do such a thing if it wasn't me? Only the other entity that has my account access, Sellvia!

They need to be put out of business. THEY'RE CROOKS & THIEVES!

All these fake reviews showing 5/5 are AI generated. Sellvia is NOT what they claim to be. They are liars.

Dell is is the only build an e-commerce site that has done what they said they were going to do. I got my site, and I like it, these people are not scammers. You run into a problem, there's plenty customer service reps to assist you with all sorts of. Issues. All of them are very knowledgeable. If you want an online. Business, contact them to set you up. You get to talk to live people with this company. They do not take your. Money and run.
