This is my second pair of glasses ordered from SelectSpecs as the first pair which are for distance are fantastic, i'm now ordering reading glasses. Can i say that SelecSpecs were on time with the delivery, the glasses were first rate and my prescription was spot on. I can't say any better than that. Try them out.

No Specs Ordered from this company Now or Ever…
I Was shocked to find in my email an Order for this company when i never placed same. As a pensioner I get free mine free. Raised a ticket cant email as its a send out junk no reply service they use 4/5 days for a reply. Phoned them operator did not make any headway. Breach of my personal privicy. Who placed this order? I order two pairs of glasses of select specs. And I was impressed by the price and choice. And how easy was to choose and order the glasses. I was very impressed that they only took 10 days in total from ordering them. To them being delivered.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They sent the wrong prescription. I informed them straight away and they assured me I was wrong. I took the glasses to Specsavers and they clarified that they were +2 and not -2 as per my prescription. I took a photo of the Specsavers reading and sent to SelectSpecs. They still would not take my word for it and sent a form to be printed and the glasses to be returned. They then admitted they had sent the wrong prescription and it was their error. No apology. I had to chase them for a refund. No apology and no offer of contributing to my trip to Specsavers to clarify their error. I note that they report all bad reviews to Trustpilot and they therefore have them taken down to boost their ratings. No doubt this will happen to this review.
Quick easy to choice frames, from wide selection, benefiting from not leaving your home to choose the frames and lenses you want. Prompt delivery, second time i have ordered from them, would not hesitaye to recommend select specs
Placed an order on 4th Feb and paid extra for tracked delivery, against a 7-10 day delivery. Chased delivery 11th Feb to be advised that delivery was likely to be w/c 22nd Feb - thereby taking a month! No apology, no explanation so I have cancelled the order.
Both specsavers and vision express currently producing glasses within 48 hours and no less expensive.
After visiting a couple of the usual well known High St opticians and a couple of local opticians, i couldn't find any frames I liked at a reasonable price, so poor was the selection, and so high were the prices. So with some trepidation I looked on-line and found SelectSpecs. Heartened by the fact that they have a UK shop (in Westgate on Sea) to call should I need to, I went ahead and ordered 1 pair of glasses, a pair of polarised sunglasses and a pair of non prescription sunglasses - all for £50 including delivery to the UK. £50! They arrived in less than 2 weeks. Yes, they came from China, and yes they are spot on, great value, lots of choice, and the website was simple and easy to use. If you have a complicated prescription you could probably call the UK shop for advice on how to order. I will never use a High Street optician again!
I took a chance on ordering a pair of glasses even though I couldn't believe I could get quality glasses as such a great price. I was amazed when I received them and discovered they were perfect! I will be a repeat customer for sure!
I selected SelectSpecs after trying one or two other websites and could not get on with them.
With SelectSpecs I found the sute easy to use and clear explanations assisted me.
I will be ortdering more specs as i am happy with my experience.
Order placed and paid for June 23rd 2020. Here we are July 31st 2020 and still no sign of them. Company claims the order was completed July 16th (what took them so long!?) and put in mail the next day. I paid for fast delivery, but hey, what do they care? I guess I'm out the cash.

If you want cheap glasses, appalling service, to be ignored and a script read to you? And even get the same rubbish when you talk to the directors? Then shop here!
They will let down every expectation you have!
And from the attitude of everyone at the company, they ain't bovered!
If you do make the mistake of using them read every minute detail on the website with extreme care and do a full examination of all the terms and conditions, as they don't believe they are ever wrong or could mislead you or anyone could ever make a mistake!
Be warned aviod this company at all costs!

I decided to try as £6 is not a lot and I will never go back to my local opticians as I was so impressed with these that I ordered another pair as a change of style and will be ordering more very happy
I cannot begin to stress how crap this company have been. Suffice to say the glasses finally came and I was baffled why they were giving me a headache. Had them tested by a REGISTERED PRESCRIBER and the prescription was totally wrong. Random numbers, nothing like mine! They dont even have a REGISTERED PRESCRIBER! Ask them! The customer service person Julie S sends random emails and answers no questions and you cannot actually speak to anyone. Takes them days to reply. They totally denied the wrong prescription-funny that I went to a very reputable opticians to have them tested. Im all for ordering glasses online for the sake of costs but this $#*!ty level of customer service is a disgrace and so is this company. Go elsewhere-Ive found eye wear brands and they check and check again your prescription and are super efficient.
Selectspecs are a fantastic choice for your new glasses. They can provide you with wonderful frames, an accurate prescription and very importantly fast service & value for money.
The titles says it all really. Cheap product but well made. Delivered within a decent timescale and exceeded my expectations, given the low price point.
I was referred to this site by a work colleague because he and his wife order their prescription glasses from SelectSpecs. We have a vision benefit as part of our contract which is $350 per year for glasses etc. Usually, I have to pay $200+ over the $350 so I was a little skeptical about the quality of prescription glasses from SelectSpecs. I ordered some single vision (distance) with blue guard, thin and light, clear, UV coating, Anti-reflection, scratch resistant prescription lenses with a lovely frame. I was gobsmacked when the total was less than $100 including postage.
My prescription glasses arrived to NZ from the UK in just over a week and I love them. The quality is great and i love the blue guard lenses. The frame fits perfectly. I cannot get a decent frame for $100 in NZ so to receive prescription glasses of this quality is incredible really. I will continue to buy from and highly recommend SelectSpecs. Definitely more affordable than anywhere else I have heard of. Very happy customer.
I have had a few pairs of glasses from them now and have not been disappointed. Very reasonable compared to high street prices and good quality too

It's been 3 months and still haven't received my order. Don't bother with this company their customer support is really bad too. It's not worth the stress to save a few $$$.
First their "system" just ignored my delivery address - I wrote them 3 times, still shipped to wrong address - insufficient documentation with delivery, therefore blocked for many day by customs - forget about contacting they by phone, you can wait for 30 minutes with no progress on your waiting position.
NEVER BUY THERE!
