When I didn't receive my order after several weeks, I called and they didn't have it! I resubmitted the order and without my asking, customer service wrote me and asked how they could help. They wanted to be sure I was satisfied. Not many companies care today! If the product is as good as customer service, I'm sure I'll be orderiing again!

I place my order for my blinds on 8/9/22 a estimated delivery on 8/29/22. Today is 9/2/22 and no blinds so I decide to call them to see what's going on. They were rude on the phone and they told me my blinds will be shipped on 9/30/22. I told him that was unacceptable and with a rude tone she says what do you want me to do. I said I wanted a refund and they said they can't guarantee a refund. I'm just saying if your slogan is 100% customer satisfaction, then you need to get better people on the phone and stop lying about shipping dates and guaranteed a refund. I don't want a refund and I didn't want to write a bad review but if you don't care about your customers I want to let everybody know.

The prices are never what is advertised. Seems odd.

They emailed me and explained their pricing. I explained that pricing should be transparent and consistent across the board. Good cust service and product. I actually ordered again so maybe my 3 stars a bit harsh so we go with 4. But that was for pricing issues. Products and services seem quite good. Nice people to talk to.

My experience was nothing positive. I was a first-time customer and while ordering my blinds I reached out to customer service to walk me through the process. I ended up getting the wrong order and when I reached out to them again I was basically told "too bad". There was nothing they could do. I will not recommend this company to anyone, and from now on I will make sure that I order blinds for my home from a local retailer.

Horrible customer service/blinds sent wrong

Sadly I thought this was a quality company but it is not. I had a hefty order for blinds for my new home and it didn't go well. The blinds don't operate smoothly, but the big issue is the didn't miter 4 out of the six blinds and it cost me extra for my handyman to fix it. They offered a Paul try $50 and haughtily proceeded to tell me I vouddd my warranty! Told me to read the fine print, how rude! I had to make a quick decision on installing the blinds, otherwise I would've paid for a double trip charge so I fixed what they did wrong. How can fixing a valance 45 degree cut alter the operation of a blind? Shame on them, don't waste your money, they are not an honorable company and the products are pretty poor too.

It is similar to a car warranty where if another person fixes something on your car under warranty and it fails, the warranty is voided. I was worried about buying custom blinds, so I ordered the samples. The samples were okay quality so I followed their measurement instructions and called a service agent before ordering. The order took 3 weeks to arrive and half of the order arrived out of specifications. The quality was not anywhere near the sample quality. They were also too large for the window. Their "worry-free" return policy is a lie. When I tried to reorder the ones that were out of spec, they sent me an invoice with an extra $50 charge to remake the blinds that they said were incorrectly sized. This company is a scam and they were prepared to deny our request for a refund at ever turn. Customer service was extremely rude or unresponsive. Now I'm stuck with hundreds of dollars of blinds that don't fit. Their only resolution is to pay for more of their blinds. Do not buy from this company!

OK but not great

I've ordered several times from select blinds. The first time was for vertical blinds a long time ago. These were great quality but the head rail finally failed so it was time for a replacement. Prior to replacing the blinds I inquired several times about the quality of the head rail on each level of blinds that were offered. Very little, if any of the people I talked with knew anything about this subject and how the head rail types or quality varied across the different lines offered. One person offered me the old saying "you get what you pay for". So when I ordered my replacement vertical blinds I went to the designer line hoping for top quality as it was much more expensive than the other lines offered. To my disappointment the head rail in these blinds was kind of cheap, all rope driven and as result, not very smooth in operation The blind vanes were nice, much better than the material inserts I had before. So I raised my rating a level based on this.

Another issue that was difficult to work with was the packaging of the rope and chain. The rope was OK and I could finally straighten it out. However the chain was impossible to get into working alignment. It was like a very difficult Chinese puzzle to untangle. Unfortunately I had to finally cut the chain to get it straight so it would function properly Another unsatisfactory issue was the provided wall mount swivels that the chain and rope were suppose to work with. I had to cut them off as they were not even close to work the way I thought they should. FOR THE PRICE OF THESE UPPER LEVEL BLINDS, I WAS DISAPPOINTED.

We purchased 45 inch solar shades. I spoke to the gentleman three times to make sure that I measuring them correctly. He gave me specific directions as to how to measure our windows. I followed them exactly like he said. I never told him that these would be in set in a window. But I think he assumed that. For that reason we have gaps on either side of our windows, every single one. It looks terrible! And they will not stand by their product. I was told that I was supposed to read the information on the website at the bottom of the traditional solar shade page. I was never even on that page in their website. I will never purchase product from them again because the people that assist you in the ordering process don't know what they're talking about.

Stay Away!

Worst company I have Ever had the displeasure of dealing with! The remote blinds do not work, the wire gets tangled and stuck in the motor! The company will not honor their warranty- they will not issue a refund- they will not even offer to fix them - horrible! Stay far away from this company!

Ordered blinds, they were the wrong size, they refused to replace them despite their FIT guarantee. Also their official return policy was "donate them to the Salvation Army for the tax credit." That was the official response from customer service! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Their products are junk. Horribly made and cheap. They are not able to manufacture a large roller shade without a horizontal seam across the middle of it, which looks silly. It was comical how bad this shade was. The fabric is low quality. They had a great product in the past, but something has changed. I would highly recommend buying somewhere else.

We apologize that your Roller Shades did not arrive as you expected due to the large seam you see. On our site it states Shades over 73" wide and over 60" in height will have a horizontal seam. The seam is placed as high as possible on the shade, so in most cases, it remains hidden.
