I had ordered a blind 43" long. When I received it and attempted to install it was too short, only 37" in length. I contacted customer service and Jasmine followed up asking for pictures with a tape measure which I sent. The day I sent the pictures, she put in a replacement order. The whole process was very easy including the sizing error, which was promptly corrected. I am very satisfied with the product and service and will be ordering again.

They communicated well at what stage the order is. Delivery was very fast. As far as I remember the whole process took less than ten days from order to delivery. Blinds were thoroughly packaged but not overdone with material. I appreciate the latter as well. I installed the blinds in a few hours taking my time. Not difficult mostly.

SelectBlinds was prompt and accurate in providing me with a honeycomb cordless blackout shade for my mountain house. It provides the nighttime privacy and furniture saving blackout feature we needed.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
