Locking lift system not adequately explained. Needed to open blinds from either side and unable to do so. So my order is unusable.

I had ordered a blind 43" long. When I received it and attempted to install it was too short, only 37" in length. I contacted customer service and Jasmine followed up asking for pictures with a tape measure which I sent. The day I sent the pictures, she put in a replacement order. The whole process was very easy including the sizing error, which was promptly corrected. I am very satisfied with the product and service and will be ordering again.

Webpage is easy to navigate, everything is very well explained (for example how to measure). This makes it a transparent deal, nothing is a surprise. They communicated well at what stage the order is. Delivery was very fast. As far as I remember the whole process took less than ten days from order to delivery. Blinds were thoroughly packaged but not overdone with material. I appreciate the latter as well. I installed the blinds in a few hours taking my time. Not difficult mostly.
When I received the blind it was the wrong size-- because I had reported an incorrect measurement. They replaced it with another at a very reasonable price.
