The product seems as expected. The shipping however was unacceptable. Thier website says items ship within three business days but that was not the case. I got notified after several days that there was a FedEx tracking number but had to wait 10 days after until there was any movement. Called several times and no one could give me a reason why they hadn't shipped. I don't believe I will be using them again.

Easy to use site makes blinds to fit the windows! This is fourth time I've bought blinds from this site easy Peezy.
The whole process was easy, shockingly affordable and the blinds are gorgeous! They are extremely well built mechanically and well made! Functional, beautiful and very stylish!
I was able to find the type and size I needed very easily. It was easy to measure the windows and enter the measurements on line The final product was way to install and fit perfectly.
Everything came in and as ordered and looks great once installed.
Order one blind 'Stone Wall' on three weeks later ordered two more. Colors are drastically different. Contacted company and are trying to find a solution

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
