I had a great experience with my sales person. I asked her many questions, I called and emailed several times. She walked me through the process by giving me details and helping me through the entire process - she was awesome!
I ordered the wrong width and Select Blinds did correct it for me. I love the look of my bamboo blind. But a piece was broken off. Luckily I found it and glued it back on. But I still like my blind.
Buying is easy as long as you have the correct measurements. Had our contractor put up the blinds, but some don't work as well as others. The noncorded blinds are all over the place. Had a few that either won't go up by itself, while others will snap to the top. The corded option might be the way to go.
Easy to follow directions for measuring and installing. Installed in minutes, and fit perfectly. 1/2 the cost of local stores, and the same quality.
The customer service is incredible. They are so so so helpful and consultative.

The quality of the product and detail-oriented order process with an exceptional resulting fit make me a repeat customer.
It's a solid blind for the price. But wish the bottom frame piece was made of a heavier duty material. It feels like it's plastic which flexes and I'm worried will bend over time. Had issues with getting it to stay down, but, was able to get a quick fix via chat which was nice.

I called selectblinds and spoke with AJ. She walked me through the whole process, easy as pie. The shades actually came in before we were ready for them so point there! However they truly were not easy too install. The new brackets that are provided are cumbersome to mark to screw in place correctly. Also be sure to pull the Velcro down on top so the brackets won't show. They could have put that in the instructions, it would've saved us some time. So we get the shades up and then there's this funny looking thing that holds the chain pull. I can't figure why they don't just use a hook. Also difficult to hold the thing in place while screwing it in. All around the shade's were difficult to install. I would give the shades a 7 and installation a 2.

Thank you for reaching out to us! We apologize for your concerns about the measurements you received. In order to verify if your products were made correctly or not, we just need a few photos of the product from you.
For each product affected, please take 2 photos using a steel measuring tape. If the discrepancy is for the width you will measure end to end across the headrail only. If it is for the height, you will need to fully lower the product and measure from the top of the headrail to the bottom of the bottom rail.
The first photo should show the whole product with the measuring tape going end to end and the second photo should be a close-up of the final measurement. Also, please confirm the size of the shade(s) in the response for the order you are sending photos.
Please note warranty remakes cannot be altered from the original order. If you need to change your measurement please refer to our FIT Guarantee.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
