I had one that was damaged and I got a replacement for ten dollars. I will recommend to others.

That is all it takes to hang this window covering over our glass door. The Velcro is an ideal solution for not having to drill through the metal on the door, just hope it holds up! Material is quality. Would have loved the addition of a cord so it wouldn't involve folding up each day, but realize that pulling on a cord would probably pull down the entire shade!

I ordered all of my blinds on the phone with a customer service representative. They did not inform me that when ordering different styles, that the metal head plate and base plate would not be the same colors. I now have three different colors throughout my whole house. It is very unfortunate that I have blinds that are right next to each other with different colors. Very very poor company that does not care about the end result or the end consumer. I would highly not recommend this company.

Received blinds very promptly. Instructions were a little difficult to understand at first. Double checked my measurement several times and vertical blinds were still a little too long had to trim, if I get any in the future I'll just have to go an inch shorter

The blinds are great. Fit great and are easy to use. They darken the room nicely. My only complaint is that if you want top mounting shades you have to go buy the screws to fit. They don't work with the screws that are included. I would think that a company that specializes in shades would give you the screws for the different options

I have many blinds made by select blind. I love all of them.

With this purchase I was disappointed with the help I received because in my original purchase I paid $700 for my original purchase that I absolutely hated because they were supposed to be light filtering and the window treatment made the room so dark even on a sunny day we had to turn lights on when the treatments were closed. So this order was an additional $300 out of pocket and we have the original order that is no good to us so it is boxed up and in the basement and most likely never be used. So disappointed….
