My first order was totally wrong but select blinds did admit their mistake and refunded my money. The second order was great. The quality was very good. I am well pleased with the drapes.

I chose blinds at Mount inside the window opening. That requires that the blinds be cut shorter than the dimension you asked for on your website, which is the dimension of the window opening. Twice they were cut incorrectly. I made the second set of blinds work by removing the end caps so that they could move up and down freely.

Ordered a Roman shade for my bathroom with no drill. For a custom shade, it was delivered very quickly. Is lighter weight than other Roman shades that I have, but works fine for our purposes and looks nice. Installation was easy.

I love my new blinds, very beautiful and well made. Install wasn't difficult, I did it alone, but having another hand would be helpful especiallyif they're large. These are my first cordless blinds so it took a few tries to figure it out but it's pretty simple.

Ordering was quick and easy. The pricing was great. We covered our patio door with a zebra shade in "waterfall". It cuts down the bright winter sun on a sunny day without obliterating our view. We use a motorized wand to set the shade. My husband installed it while I went shopping for a couple hours. He said it was straightforward. He had installed these shades on 2 smaller windows in our home, so practice makes perfect! :)
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
