Blinds did not measure out

Blinds were about 2 inches short. I'm hoping once they're used more they will settle to the bottom of the window.

Hello Scott,

Thank you for reaching out to us! We apologize for your concerns about the measurements you received. In order to verify if your products were made correctly or not, we just need a few photos of the product from you.

For each product affected, please take 2 photos using a steel measuring tape. If the discrepancy is for the width you will measure end to end across the headrail only. If it is for the height, you will need to fully lower the product and measure from the top of the headrail to the bottom of the bottom rail.

The first photo should show the whole product with the measuring tape going end to end and the second photo should be a close-up of the final measurement. Also, please confirm the size of the shade(s) in the response for the order you are sending photos.

Please note warranty remakes cannot be altered from the original order. If you need to change your measurement please refer to our FIT Guarantee.

For context, I purchased "coal" sleek blackout cellular shades to fit an inside mount side-by-side double hung set of windows. We didn't purchase the least expensive but one or two trim levels up from base offering. I'm very happy with the quality and ease of installation. Follow the steps exactly as described to measure when placing your order and double check your options. Shipped took about 2weeks.

I didn't measure properly for a shade to cover the window on an exterior door. Thus it was to short. Customer service was very helpful in directing me to properly measure while our call remained active. I received the replacement and it fits perfectly

Positive we went over dimensions multiple times. I even made a change to some of the windows after the fact. The modification went through not problem, and the instal was very straight forward. Sales person (Emily Walker) was amazing too.

Excellent quality and customer service

It really is worth measuring up your own windows doing it yourself. You get free samples to decide what you want and you can see the quality in the products right there. I got the woven shades with a beige backing and it's perfect for privacy and very quality looking.
If I had any questions, somebody was at customer service available to answer all questions and follow up on orders and delivery! What a nice company. Thank you so much.

Buyer beware - Select Blinds engages in egregious business practices. I chose Select Blinds specifically because of their A+ Better Business Bureau rating - huge mistake. I spent nearly $900 on cordless cellular blinds. Of the 8 blinds I ordered, 2 arrived defective. The Cordless Lift & Lock button was jammed so that the blinds couldn't be retracted. Worse than being sent two non-functioning blinds was the nightmare of trying to contact Select Blinds to report this and get replacements. You can't talk to a real person. They have set up a system that makes it as difficult as possible to return, exchange or even report defective products. I think they hope you will be driven to such levels of rage and frustration, you will quit trying to contact them and keep the defective products. I called the phone number, texted and tried to reach an agent via live chat. I was put on hold indefinitely after going around the phone tree. I got messages during business hours that agents were not available on the live chat. When trying to upload a video of the broken blind, a requirement to file a warranty claim, I kept getting an error message saying my video exceeded the allowable MB, when it didn't. After I finally managed to file the warranty, I was notified my replacement blinds were back ordered. I'm still waiting for replacements, and I have two useless $120 blinds sitting in a corner.

Pretty decent product, small issues

I think the blackout blinds are pretty effective, the only annoying thing is that they bunch up when lifting from the bottom and are not smooth. This happens to all my select blinds products.
