I ordered blinds. Read that they would ship within 3-5 days. 2 weeks later still did not arrive. I had to purchase blinds elsewhere. Contacted Select Blinds to cancel my order. Chated with Maria AZ. She said she would contact the facility to see what could be done. Havnt heard back from anyone. Even though I have reached out twice since. It's been overba month since I placed my order. I am very frustrated.

Your website leads people to believe that items will ship quickly. Not at all true! I have ordered from you twice, and the first time I did expedited shipping. Total waste of money, it still took weeks. Not American made-sad.
The blinds came quickly and were easy to install. They are great looking and a nice finishing touch to my new living room!

I have purchased a total of 9 of these blinds over the last 2 years. Very happy with the product. Recommend getting samples as photos can't truly represent the characteristics of the material. Some "colors" are more translucent than others: however,. Consistency exists within products with same "color". Mechanism seems solid. Easy to install. As a DIY person, I really don't like paying someone literally 5x the price to have a similar quality product installed. Definitely recommend.

Fabric is wonderful. Appears to be well built. Frustrated with the measurements and lopsided figure when fully extended. The blinds lean left and look to be about an inch too short. Wall anchors were not included.

I love Select Blinds: great selection, quality prices at lower prices, and quick delivery.
My most recent purchase is for a ceiling to floor sunroom that doubles as a guest room, so blackout blinds are a necessity. These are perfect.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
