Inconsistent items

Everytime I order there has been a change in items, so there is no consistency. I also think the prices have gone way up, yet I keep coming back. I like how the history of my measurements are stored. I have 35 windows, so that has been helpful since I have had to change them out 2-3 times in 15 years.
Don't bother trying to use the warranty as it's a joke.
Again, I keep coming back!

Purchased very expensive woven wood blinds. When they arrived the entire back was put together with mesh, white plastic rings and zip ties. Apparently this is a child safety issue so they must use these cheap looking items on the blinds. There were no photos on the website showing this so I assumed I would have been given blinds that look the same on the front and back as I was using these for office door blinds. Even if they were for a window you'd see all that stuff from the outside and it looks awful and cheap. Select blinds was very quick to say we do not offer refunds on custom made blinds. Understood however photos of the blinds should be more clear online or I would have never purchased. Now I'm out over $1000 dollars and cannot use the blinds.

I would do this again

Went really well. Like the blinds. Programming the remote was a tid bit difficult but I got support and I read a lot and figured it out. I would say programming motorized blinds on s multi channel remote is the toughest.

In a scale of 1-100,92-95, great price, good product, not too difficult of purchase, solid 5year warranty, reasonably easy install, remote programming was a little challenge and support was a slight tiny challenge.

But I have bought here before, I did again this time, and I would do it again.

Great blinds

Great blinds at a good price. We've purchased for both our house and our daughter's house and both times it was seamless in ordering. Shipping and delivery were quick and painless. Installation is a breeze for the DIY'ers, simple instructions and there are videos for those new to installing blinds.

Customer service is good with quick responses, helping resolve issues and answering any questions that may arise.

Super Quality Super Easy Good Price

The tutorials provided on the website make measuring super easy. I selected the black out cellular blinds and they are perfect. I couldn't be happier with the color and selection I made. The only thing I was a little disappointed in is that I thought I was getting a 60% discount and I think it ended up being a 40% discount.

Wasn't a good experience at all. They made my blinds a quarter an inch to wide. My husband had to cut all the headers down. We did this because it was a hassle to go by the rules to send them back and have them remade. Not a happy customer.
