I purchased 12 blinds 7 years ago, installed them quickly without any problems. This year I bought 2 blinds for the garage. The blinds were actually easier to install and as well an improved product.
We ordered a few different types of roman shades - a bottom up, top down/bottom up, and motorized ones.
The bottom up and top down/bottom up were easy to install - bottom up only being the easiest as you first install a bracket and then pop the shade onto it.
The motorized were much more difficult to install. They ask you to put a pencil through a hole to mark the location of the shade while holding it up in the window, but the motor bar sits in the way so there's no real way to get a pencil in there... instead I had to try to use one of the screws and make a little indent... while 10 feet up on a ladder on stairs :( Then once you get those marked you have to install two brackets such that the post of the bracket sits over your mark. Nothing is slotted so there is virtually no room for error or adjustment. The lack of fine adjustment is pretty frustrating because it's difficult to center it in a window while also having to hold it up with one hand and try to mark the location around the motor bar.
I'm overall very satisfied with the product, though. The motorized ones work great. The other types all work well, also. We got blackout backs and they definitely help darken the room (there are 8 windows, so w/o something to cover the side gaps it will never be super dark). The fit is overall very good, though. Comes to the bottom of the window perfectly.
Replaced a blind with a broken mechanism. The order went smoothly.

I ordered blackout blinds. When I installed them they were not blackout blinds. They let a ton of light through. I chatted with somebody in customer service and they said they couldn't do anything. I left a review and somebody from their online team reached out. I responded a week ago never heard back.
