I was hesitant to buy online as I wanted make sure: 1) the quality met my expectations and 2) my DIY measurements were accurate. The design consultants took the time to explain the differences in each product line and how to accurately measure for an inside mount so that the blinds, when open, would be flush with the window opening.

My order was stalled for a week at a Texas FedEx facility, but a call to customer care informed me the blinds were held up in customs. The next day the blinds were on its way.

Overall not happy

I was trying to get blinds in my new house prior to move in. The blind received was the incorrect model so the remake took an additional 1+ weeks. On top of that the color was off. I ordered a sample and the color of the product definitely did not match with the sample side by side.

Won't shop here again

Order was split into two deliveries and the second took weeks to get. I've shopped here in the past and had a good experience, but won't go back. Customer service and order fulfillment has gone down hill. The blinds I got don't come down even and you have to be careful to keep them level.

Very Happy With Delivery and Product

The website is very intuitive with a user friendly interface and great selection. Once ordered, our honeycomb blinds arrived within a few days, well packaged. The fit was perfect and the install instructions were clear, with minimal tools needed. The blinds didn't click into the head rail as solidly as I would have hoped, but the hold seems to be firm. The blinds look high quality and fantastic, keep the bedroom very dark, and definitely seem to help minimize outside noise (why we chose the honeycomb style). Good value. Very happy with this purchase.
