The original blinds were built to tight for the opening, plus the center blind (motorized) did not raise evenly. I had to remind them of the "Fit" guarantee before they would replace it.
Now that it has been installed we are very happy with the fit and appearance.

I was able to do this whole process myself, online without any customer support help. It was quick and easy and I'm super happy with my new blinds! I ordered some free samples which came pretty quick, measured my own windows as the website instructed me to do so, and placed my order! The blinds came in a few weeks and turned out great!
All shades worked perfect except one. I requested a replacement but I have not received a response.
Other wise everything was perfect. Great experience. Hoping to get the replacement shade sent soon.

Ordering was a dream. They were delivered on time. Measurements were exactly what we ordered. They are BEAUTIFUL! If you're doing the inside install, measure the inside top, middle and bottom in case the opening is not exactly square.
