From the time I decided to order I had no problems whatsoever. The website was phenomenal and told me exactly how to measure my windows, how to order samples and how to install them. Once I made my decision and called the number on the website I had my order finished within 5 minutes. The lady that took my information was so nice and so helpful, the blinds arrived earlier than expected and the very day they arrived my two adult granddaughters had them installed within 1 hour! I had seven windows and am 79 years old and could have done it myself if they hadn't insisted on doing them! They were that easy to install! I can't say enough about this company, plus the quality of their product is very, very good!

Fit was almost too tight and dimensions were replica of a previous blind I ordered from them. Previous blind separated so this is a replacement order. Hoping no separation issue as am apprehensive it appears a little thinner.
