We had a good experience with SelectBlinds. We did have one issue with a valance that was not made correctly, but after a few photos and answering some questions they sent the replacement out pretty quickly. Overall very happy with our blinds and a nice update to the old/original ones that were 25 years old. Hopefully these last as long!
Happy with my purchase. It is so hard to purchase things online when you need a specific color (pictures are not always accurate) but these blinds matched what I was looking for perfectly.

For a little bit extra you can get them set with tension snaps and it literally takes 15 seconds to install. We will use them for all of our windows.

Had issue with one of the six blinds I ordered, and when I contacted the customer service rep she was very responsive and accommodating, which resulted in a new blind being shipped to us. The initial order and the replacement blind were both sent in a timely manner.
