This particular shade is good thus far; however, we have had to purchase replacement shades two different times because the ability to raise them stopped functioning-conveniently right after the warranty expired. The shades are nice and we purchased this one because it is on one of two windows in the same room and matches the one we replaced previously. Initially we thought that it may have been a fluke; unfortunately, shortly after we replaced the first shade, the second shade stopped functioning. The shades are raised once a day and lowered once a day-not anything that I would consider out of the ordinary or that would constitute replacements so soon. At the price of these shades, one should be able to use them without fear of them failing to function. Also, when we received our initial order, which contained four additional blinds, one of the wands for the wooden blinds arrived split and needed to be replaced, So honestly, our orders have delivered great looking shades but the quality is very disappointing.
The blinds themselves are great, but the installation instructions that came with them were horrible. I am very good with home projects, but the instructions were very unclear, and the illustrations within the instructions were terrible. The attempt to show placement, direction, and depth was inadequate. That said, I eventually figured it out and completed the installation, and I was happy with the result.
I am so happy with Select Blinds. I have been a customer since probably 2009 and have been so happy with the products I have purchased over the years. Quality, came as expected or better, quick, just great! Keep up the good work! This is probably my 8th order and will be back again!

Bought 3 outdoor blinds to try to keep the heat down inside. They are a high quality blind, easy to install, and work well.
We followed the directions and ended up with a perfect fit! We are extremely pleased with our blinds.
This blind is WAY too short. I saw a comment from company that said blind would eventually relax enough to correct length. That has not happened and the blind can not be stretched to proper length, it is 4 to 5 inches too short. Very very disappointed.

I ordered motorized blinds about a month ago. They came in and a very beaten up boxes. The plastic caps were broken and looks like motors are not working as well as we tried all of the troubleshooting and there is no movement. The blinds are very beautiful and good quality, but they're not working. I don't like leaving a bad review, but looks like I have to. Customer service is very poor. I hope I could talk to someone who speaks clear English and can do troubleshooting with me or let me return their product that doesn't work. They were probably was damaged on a way. I talked to customer service three or four different times and they're all assuring me that they are gonna do something about it and nothing happens. I sent the videos and pictures of the problem. Just very upset that I have to spend so much time and I really need Blinds for my business office as this song hits my clients eyes. Not even talking that I spend a lot of money on disorder.

Select blinds website was easy to maneuver and the product is wonderful! I installed the blinds quickly and easily.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
