This was my second time using select blinds and it was a horrible experience. One of the measurements were off and a motorized blind needed troubleshooting. Spent over 2 hrs on the phone trying to resolve only to be advised to record myself performing the same troubleshooting steps. I still haven't gotten a replacement for the defected product and multiple attempts to get someone on the line again has been impossible.
I will most definitely come back to SelectBlinds when I need something. The bamboo blinds I ended up buying were about half the cost of their competitor and very good quality. I had a bit of difficulty installing but that was a me issue and by the time I got to the 5th one, I had it down.
We couldn't be happier with our new blinds! They fit our windows perfectly, were easy to install, and immediately made the whole room look more polished and cozy. The quality is fantastic — sturdy materials, smooth mechanisms, and great light control. Customer service was also excellent; they answered our questions quickly and helped us pick the right options. Highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their space with stylish, functional blinds!
I received 2 custom blinds for my mother's new condo. One, with the push button wand was pretty easy and installed quickly. The second was a remote control blackout blind which was a bit of trial and error to get working. I followed the instructions, ended up calling customer support. I am quite handy. I feel for someone who is not as handy. Once functional they are both very nice. Worth the money and time to install.
2nd purchase. 1st was my personal home, almost 2yrs ago. I was able to install myself. The fitcwas perfect. Very Happy. My elderly Aunt had a blind company to to her home and the were going to charge $2,000 plus. I told her no way! She showed me what she had picked out and I looked up Selectblinds, took her measurements. She selected almost identical to the other company. Her selected was also on sale with free delivery. Under $300! She toldme order them!
They arrived in perfect condition, fit 100%. I personally installed for my Aunt, with no
Issues. I will always recommend Select Blinds.
I've purchased blinds that were too long but the worst part is i cannot get support to correct the problem. I have emailed and called and was even in a short texting for support. But I have not had anyone reach out to resolve my issue. I'm filling this out because after no resolution through the texting, they sent me this review. Wish I could get help
The process was quite simple, I was able to place my order and received it with no issues. The quality of the blinds is great. I would definitely use SelectBlinds again for any future needs.
Blinds were incorrect and it took them so long to get into contact with me, still won't give me calls back to resolve the issue or give me a refund. Do not use this company.

We absolutely love our blinds and have ordered several house fulls of blinds as we are multiple property owners. These were the hardest blinds we had to ever hang. 102 wide by 62 high. The holes were misaligned and ridiculously hard to drill anchor holes
Super easy to order what I wanted. And it's perfect! Cane very fast too considering this is all custom order. I was surprised. I wish I could have gotten the remote control blind, but I didn't want to spend the money for a kids room when they will probably break it haha
The blind itself seemed nice, but unfortunately it did not fit. I reached out to customer service, and they needed me to hold a measuring tape to the blind to show the size. I'm in the midst of moving and did not have time to do so. Therefore the blind is just sitting in the closet now since it does not fit. Too bad. It's likely my fault, I'm sure I measured incorrectly.

Once they arrived, the blinds were and are fine. However, when ordering, the website said ships within 5 days. Not quite the same as "you'll receive them within 5 days" but seems reasonable that they'd be there around a week later. After 10 days I call, the response, after 165 minutes on hold waiting (yes, 165 minutes), was "oh, they're in customs, we'll send them once they clear." No offer to expedite, no clue about when they will clear customs, no offer to provide some refund or otherwise try to make it right with me. The blinds arrived the day before my guests did, 20 days after ordering, so I guess I should be grateful I had a small window of time to install them. Completely offputting customer service experience. The only reason this isn't a one star review is because the blinds arrived in working order and are themselves fine.

I was pleasantly surprised when I receive my blinds. However, I didn't realize that they were secured around my windows with. Velcro, but I was also pleasantly surprised at how they hold. The fabric is top notch and I would order again from select blinds. I like your products.
I ordered two sets of blinds for sliding doors. The blinds were priced fair, came in a reasonable amount of time, were easy to install, and look great! Very pleased.
This was such an easy experience. I requested sample colors for the blinds which was a game changer. I signed up online to the website but you can call too. Measured the windows with instructions from the website and sent in.
Was kept updated on delivery date and everything came in with No damage. They all fit perfectly too and easy installation for my husband.
I will definitely order more blinds when needed.

The sample looked great. But when the actual blind got delivered, it all looks very cheap. The valance does not look nearly as good as the photo. You can see the no drill components from both outside the window and inside the room. It's a large white bar between my tan wall and brown shade. Additionally, the string on the Roman shade looks very cheap from the outside. It's two white bulky lines running down the brown shade. Overall, I don't like them and wouldn't order again. I wish I could return them and get my money back.

I am very pleased with the product. Customer service is great.I had a problem with delivery from FedEx and they remade the blinds for me without any issues.
It was very easy to find what I wanted online, place the order, and install the blinds when they arrived. I started with ordering 4 samples, which was very helpful. I will order from them again. Was able to take advantage of a 50% off sale, so I got 4 blinds for the price of 2. I love a great deal!
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
