Great bamboo blinds. The size was correct. Easy to order and delivered on time
The blinds are poor quality are were cut short of the measurement, bad for blackout blinds.

Thank you for reaching out to us! We apologize for your concerns about the measurements you received. In order to verify if your products were made correctly or not, we just need a few photos of the product from you.
For each product affected, please take 2 photos using a steel measuring tape. If the discrepancy is for the width you will measure end to end across the headrail only. If it is for the height, you will need to fully lower the product and measure from the top of the headrail to the bottom of the bottom rail.
The first photo should show the whole product with the measuring tape going end to end and the second photo should be a close-up of the final measurement. Also, please confirm the size of the shade(s) in the response for the order you are sending photos.
Please note warranty remakes cannot be altered from the original order. If you need to change your measurement please refer to our FIT Guarantee.

We are very pleased with our blinds. They are easy to put up, and they look very classy.
This is my second purchase and each time there was one shade that was not perfect. In both cases they made new ones and shipped them right out. Great prices and great shades.
Order was easy to place. Installation was a little trying but not bad. The blinds look amazing.
I received some blinds that I custom ordered and decided to order a set of powered blinds for an additional room in the house, they were easy to install and fit perfectly. The order was split and sent with outdated and incompatible instructions, I contacted the chat online and then customer service by phone. The blinds were not operational at the time due to a lock sequence but no one was able to tell me the correct way to "wake up" the blinds, their conclusion is the wand was defective and they would send replacement blinds, I never heard back from anyone. When the last part of the order came in, the instructions in the box were complete and updated. If this information was included in the first part of the order I would have given a five star rating, the blinds had been updated apparently and all the information, links to instructions, etc. was outdated at customer service.

I am very happy with my order from Select Blinds. They were easy to install and great quality. For the price, I was pretty impressed! I also appreciated being able to customize the size to such specifics. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star is that the shipping was slower than I initially was told (3 weeks)

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
